Bought this during a Prime Day sale - I usually order from Tatcha directly but I could not resist the price. I love everything by Tatcha and this did not disappoint. It does prepare my face well for makeup but is not at all greasy or heavy. As the name says, it's silky. Tatcha is the best!

After my favorite brand of primer changed their formula, this was recommended to me by a pro makeup artist. I love the weight and feel of this one, as well as the light scent!! Works beautifully and holds up in the heat!!

It gives my skin that smooth, silky look and makes every foundation apply better. Love the glow, love the texture, love how long it lasts. Love it

While the Tatcha Silk Canvas is great for oil control and blurring pores, it didn’t work well on my skin overall because it’s too drying. If I apply it all over, my makeup doesn’t look good and can grip unevenly. I’ve found I can only use it minimally in certain areas—like my forehead, around my nose, and on my chin—where I need extra oil control. It’s a nice product for targeted use, but not ideal for my whole face.

This is a fabulous primer! Goes on smooth as silk and makes the makeup last all day. I have used just the primer without setting spray and the makeup stayed fresh all day! It doesn't dry my skin out either, so plus points for that. It is pricey but I only use makeup occasionally so it's worth the money!

This primer is perfect for more mature skin. It doesn’t settle into pores or fines lines. It creates a smooth surface for your foundation or BB cream. It’s a keeper!

This primer is incredibly lightweight and smooth, creating the perfect base for makeup. You only need 1-2 pumps for daily use, and it spreads effortlessly across the skin. The scent is a bit unusual—not bad, just different. While it’s not hydrating, it makes application much smoother. Great if you want a silky finish, but not ideal if you need extra moisture! I use the Haus Labs foundation, and it works really well with it so far. It is perfect for combo/oily skin but not the best for dry skin.

Goes on smoothly, almost like velvet. Stays smooth (does not crumble/pill like some brands). Makeup goes on nicely after using this. Stays strong all day. I use this with IT Cosmetics foundation.

I really love this lightweight primer and often wear it on it's own. I was concerned at first because there is a scent and I do have a sensitivity to scented products, but surprisingly the scent dissipated quite quickly and didn't cause me any allergic reaction. I love Tacha products (incredible quality), but they are usually so expensive. Really glad to get this on sale.

I LOVE this primer. My make up sets perfectly and lasts all day when using this product. It smells amazing and also makes your skin feel so soft. Worth every penny!

Seems to work better without makeup

For the price i expected a better primer . It was average and i didn’t see really any difference. From reading reviews i expected better .
