I chose the bold ink cartridge and I was not disappointed.
I enjoyed the control and the strength of writing. It allowed me to write in confidence and clarity instead of skittering over the paper. Also it was smooth, clear not blotchy and almost artistic even though I am not.

Good customer service
I purchased these rollerballs and wasn’t very happy because 2 out of 4 weren’t working well. After I left the review saying that (with pics you can see) the customer service agent reached out to me and arranged a delivery of another product as well as refund.That’s what I call good service and care for the customer.

初めて使えました。替え芯を購入したのが初めから乾いていて使えなかった。
Amazonにあって良かった、ペン自体は高級感のあるデザインの物でしたが芯が乾き直ぐに書けなくなっていて最近見つけて試しにAmazonで検索したらあったので買ってみて以来使えている。今回は大丈夫かと・・前のと同じ物ですが置いといたら時間で乾くのですかね？
