I bought this steamer to clean a mattress. I was surprised at how well it cleaned. I tried in on many things and love it. I have sticky residue on my carpet from double sided tape that stuck the rug to the carpet. When I pulled it up the tape stayed stuck to the carpet and looked a real mess. I put the steamer on one end of the strip and after a few minutes it made a big difference. I will try make a video when I clean the rest off. My kitchen floor is awful vinyl that is non slip and rather like sandpaper. Mopping it is not easy. I had a steamer previously which was no good for it and I passed it on. This one is brilliant and makes such a difference. The only niggle I have with it is the power cord holder is upside down so I need to find a screwdriver to turn it round. And there isn't an on/off switch but none of that matters it is such a good little gadget. Lightweight but powerful.

Overall this is a pretty good steam mop. The hook on the top of the stick pulls out and you can twist to turn (its quite stiff) to wrap the lead around when putting away. The steam is continuous. It does stand up on its own. It makes a strange noise when it starts and when it runs out of water (this is normal having had a steam mop before I was aware of this). The water tank is hard to see if there is enough water and it is a little awkward to fill with the funnel and jug. This could be made better by placing the hole higher up to enable the funnel to sit upright when filling up. It doesn't seem to get tea stains off my vinyl flooring but does keep the floors fairly clean. I like the continuous steam. I bought 3 more mop pads which were slightly bigger (see pictures) these actually worked better than the two that came with the mop (not as much water came out). All in all it's fine and lightweight. If this is your first steam mop be aware you need to mop the floors slower than a manual mop, I think it works better that way. Keep it upright until you hear the hissing of the steam to start (a few seconds).

Easy to use quite flexible lots of attachments as also does lots of other steam jobs not just floors. This is a a replacement for my previous Beldray as I gave it to my son, think this model is an improvement. Would recommend

This beldray steam cleaner hardly steams it's useless by time it's ready it's only let out a small amount of steam then it stops working if it even does that your lucky, it's absolutely a waste of effort to use,it's supposedly brand-new only had it a month it's pointless I'm very angry I expected something amazing take's ages to charge them it's tempramental wether it chooses to work or not, nozzle can't be blocked in only just acquired the damn thing but I cleaned it all the same,I want my money back or Send me another I'm really peed off, I've got so many jobs to do that are building up through waiting for this flaming thing to work!!

Bought as a replacement. Fairly light weight. Does the job for the price point.

This is a brilliant floor cleaner ( stone tiles/ linoleum) not used carpet cleaning fascilitie. However as a hand held operation its a 1/5. Ive had other shark/vax devices, they break down so that its small and easy to use for cookers and wall tiles in the kitchen, this does not break down to be smaller, which is crazy. Also the instructions are not very helpful as there is a diagram with numbers, but nothing on the leaflet. It came out of the box made up ( i wonder if its been elsewhere before i got it

Have only used it as a floor mop and result and ease of use very good

Not very good it stopped working after two weeks and it's just a waste of money I wish I bought a different make and a different model that now have had it for four weeks I can't send it back would not buy a game

The only minor point, and why it's not a full five stars, is that while the 350ml tank is good for quick jobs, for a really big deep clean of multiple rooms, you might find yourself refilling it a couple of times. But given how lightweight and effective it is, that's a small trade-off. Overall, this Beldray steam cleaner is an absolute powerhouse for keeping the home spotless and hygienic. Highly recommend it!
