Can the blades be removed?

Unfortunately no. Once the adamantium is infused into your system the blades become permanent. You can however retract them to prevent accidental punctures or lacerations. The only possible removal is with super-heated adamantium, but the process is very painful and potentially deadly.

Does it really have that "Stainless Steel made in China" print on the blade like in the photo?

Yes it says 440 stainless steel, light not very noticeable. I wet sanded it off with little effort lol.

I believe I read that these are dull, but are they sharp/pointy enough to inflick pain if not use with care? Appropiete for a kids (12).

while yes the blades themselves aren't sharp (wouldn't take much to put an edge on them) the points are sharp enough to where they can pierce, cut very easily with little to no effort. I would not recommend them for a 12 year old ...
