Pantone's Guide to Communicating with Color Review: FABULOUS REFERENCE BOOK - I bought this book as a reference guide for a Certificate course I am taking in Interior Design - The section of the course was entitled LANGUAGE OF COLOR and having this book as a reference guide, was immensely helpful, both to myself and sharing it with my fellow colleagues. Ms. Eisemen's explanation with a plethora of colorful illustrations was top-notch, well written and explicit in design and theory. All together an impressive body of work and an ideal tool for any designer to have for inspiration and understanding. Review: Love this book - I bought this book after a graphic designer friend showed me hers. I have since bought it for other artsy friends as gifts. The color combinations are awesome and provide great inspiration for designs (graphic and otherwise). I even use it when I work with college students designing advocacy campaigns so that they can strategically select colors for their campaigns that reflect the emotion they want to evoke instead of what they "like." It is a powerful tool in some many arenas!

Great tool for the designer's toolbox
This is a great resource when starting a design project. Just think of what kind of emotional reaction you want to the piece, look it up, and PRESTO! Instant color resourcing. This is a really good tool to have in the design box. Attractively put together too. My child enjoyed looking through it as much as I did.

So many color combos!
I was extremely happy to find just how many color combinations and examples this book provided. This book will definitely help you if you are in a rut and can't find the right colors for whatever your need!
