I thought I was getting a metric only tape measure. This is in dual units (Inches and Centimeters). Quality is great! Note: Amazon's description is not correct.

Best choice for household purpose.
Good quality and also comes with a locking system for easy readings. As all it also comes with auto reversing scale. As the length is 3M, it is very good for household purposes. I am using it in many situations of daily life. I can say that this is a good buy for me.

Well made
This is a nice tape measure, made in India, not China. I like the recess in the base which allows you to temporarily lock the tape with your index finger. Good value for money.
