I have a narrow staircase. How is the queen bed packaged for delivery? Is the bed frame folded or is the delivery box 80"?

all beds are shipped folded, without the legs installed. Once you get it, make sure you have someone strong to bring it up the stairs as the Queen comes in one box ad is quite heavy.

Update to last question on thread! so the remote works- flashlight and the lights on the remote but nothing else- everything is plugged in properly
