They look great! It's was hard to do but doable. The only issue was the glue was dryed up.

Make sure you have all the tools including the SuperGlue. The little bottle of glue included in the package is garbage. I have purchased 3 sets of AlloyGators and EACH one has had a dried out bottle of SuperGlue. Not sure why the even include it.

The media could not be loaded.  It was a little difficult to install but you can do it. Looks great.

Our not even a month old Ioniq 6 sustained rim rash on three of its alloy rims. Replacement cost as quoted by the dealer would be $2600. Saw AlloyGators and thought they would not only cover the rash but prevent against future damage. Researched installation and thought it best to have our local tire and wheel shop do it. Glad I did. Self-install would have been a bear since the weather turned frigid. The tire shop got a bit heavy handed with the glue at the joint cover and a bit oozed out. Enter AlloyGator customer support. Being cautious I email them along with a photo to ask the best method to remove the excess glue. What happened next was super crazy. I get an email back not answering my question but denying it is their glue and the opinion that the guards are not properly installed. This goes back and forth. I return to the tire shop installer. They think I’m nuts! They have instaythese in the past and there was nothing unusual about installing these. The recommendation from AlloyGator to beat them with a rubber mallet was declined as doing so would either damage the sidewall of the tire or deform the guard. Again back and forth with AlloyGuard. Insisting the installation needs some “tiny tweaking”. Then I am told I am communicating with UK and need the USA side. I hear from AlloyGator Canada. Same thing. “The guards are just a bit off”. Still no excess glue answer. My last communication is with a US part owner who says the guards are installed correctly but offers to have someone come and replace them so the glue drips don’t take away from the aesthetics. I decline after hearing the more than a dozen emails telling me they are not installed properly and having me return to the installer have absolutely done me in. I do invite the company rep to come and look them over but I’m toast. Yes they do cover the damage. Yes they will prevent further damage. But at what cost? Hours of emailing and concern that they will fly off at 80 mph and damage the car or someone else’s. Fingers crossed I guess.Update: a representative from Alloygator checked the installation this morning (3/5) and all is good. Kudos to Alloygator for going the extra mile for our peace of mind. Thank you Jon for the excellent visit.

I followed the instructions on installation, Double and triple checked the seating. I have lost one going down the highway and another fell off while going through the car wash. This item is complete trash. I will be pulling the other two off and throwing them away.

Product is awesome!

Completely installed, look good and I am sure they will work as advertised. However the prep with the clips was a major P.I.A. They do NOT go in very easy. And 1 of the 4 protectors had 4 slots in a row where the slot for the teeth part of the clip was missing or not cut thru all the way. I had to open them up with a small and sharp pocket knife. I was only able to get 3 of the 4. So, one of my wheels in missing one metal clip. And finally the super glue provided was completely dried up. I had to have my son run me up to the store to buy our own super glue. For as much as these cost I expected more quality and glue that was not useless.

You should go to a tire shop and have them put on. They look great. I have had them on for two months. I even took a 4 hour road trip. Not a single issue.

Upon opening the box the only instructions were in French. No English instructions included.After searching the internet I located an English version.It mentions an Alloy Gator template to determine if the rim protectors can be installed.To quote the instructionsInsert the end of the AlloyGator template by inserting the green end first and placing the colors side up. If the edge of the wheel ends in the green part of the template, the AlloyGator protection can be installed. If the wheel edge ends in the red part, we recommend that you do not install our product.No such template was included so unless I attempt to install I have no idea if these can be used in my rims or not.Rim protectors cause my wheels to be out of balance.

These are brilliant previously had these took to garage to fit £40 to be fitted very sturdy definitely recommend
