Excellent service / This vase arrived first time broken . I was so disappointed, contacted seller with a photo of damage they were very helpful and dispatched a replacement which arrived in a short time fully in one piece The vase is beautiful and I am sooo pleased Would highly recommend

Love, love, love this vase! I adore Murano glass and this item is so unusual. Delivery took longer than it should have due to courier problems, but the manufacturers were responsive and helpful. It arrived extremely well packaged. At Christmas, I put some tiny lights inside and it looked wonderful.

Looks just like photo
Love it looks just like photo. would give it 4.5 stars if I could. But base not flat so a little knock and it spins on windowsill. Very well packed, delivered 3 days after should have been as UK label did not have full address or postcode. I picked up on this when trying to find parcel with Parcelforce. If courier turned box over original label still on.
