Product came in a generic plastic bag tied with a twist tie (not sealed). There was also nothing else in the box like instructions. Is that normal?

I had instructions in mine but they are all the same that's how mine arrived, you have to make a gallon at a time which I hated because they state must be used in 4 hrs for the most effect. By the tablets, unless you are planning on using a large amount at one time. 1 tbsp to one gallon

Can this chemically break down uric acid from cat urine? I saw previous Q&A's saying it does, but those have since been deleted for some reason...

I have never personally use the products with cat I know that it is an enzyme-based that are designed to attack the urine crystals and break it down rather then just removing the stain. It does not just mask the order. I would look at this product from odormute in particular cause it eliminates all odors even skunk. image1.jpeg

Is odormute safe for outside grass an plants?

I have used it so many times. Never had a problem with the plants. It could be that it changes the ph in the soil making it better for the plants. Grass has a tendency to die where dogs pee a lot, and this product neutralizes it.

Can this be used in a carpet shampooer?

I have used it in my carpet shampooed. Just make your mixture and use it instead of cleaning solution. I have used it as a rinse after cleaning up the "accident". It works very well. Just make sure your carpet is surface clean before you use it.

Seems to be working

Only used this twice but appears to help with the smell of dog urine..had used several other methods and none had worked,hopefully this will helpDownside is it took so long to be delivered.
