Do not buy this item..!! Bad quality
Poor build quality (Made in China). Charger also used to get very hot while charging. Router stopped working after 3 days of use..!! Please do not buy this item. Waste of your money.

Best in this price range
I have three of these. There are a few issues but its still far ahead of the competition. I have also tried the one from amazon basics, and that device and its software are horrible compared to this one.Pros -1. Good range2. Great software3. Cheaper than alternativesCons -1. Battery bloats and goes bad in 6 months,2. stops working in 15-20 months.

Worth buying
I work from home on two laptops. Speed is good, no interruptions. I recharge its sim with 50gb that lasts for a good 1.5 months.

Please don't get cheated
Jio has officially stopped this item 2 years back. Online sellers are clearing up their old stocks. Present jio sims do not work in this device. The range icon always blinks red. It's been known from the local jio store that the company has already barred the IMEI of all the M2S dongles. No return or replacement is possible through Amazon. Their customer support tries some self trouble shooting and elude from the scene, as it is given in the product description.
