I got this ice pack wrap when an old ankle sprain flared up again, and it really helped. Comfortable, reusable, and so much easier than trying to balance a bag of ice on your ankle.

Wish it stayed cold longer but that why I bought 2. Easily the number one reason going back to work after breaking my foot is feasible. Amazing product - elevate you foot when icing it.

Before I bought this item, I tried three other ice packs for my ankle. With two ice packs, I could not get them to stay put on my ankle. The third is similar to this Everlasting Ice RX but did not fit properly and made limited contact with my ankle. Yes, I'd like it to stay cold longer. So I bought a second one and I slip it on when the first loses its chill. A small price to pay for help with persistent ankle pain.

I had to take off a few stars because it does not cover the whole thing it has a split down it seemed but it's not filled. Inevitably I put it on my sore heel every time and then I have to bend down and twist it so that the cushy part with the cold gel is on the heel bone. I like that these get cold fast they're easy to keep in the freezer and they get warm fast too unfortunately. They seem to last about 15 minutes so it's not the end of the world that's about one cold session anyway. I just wish it would be a little bit longer.

I broke my ankle and am having to ice it daily. I love this sleeve as it aids in pain relief and fits nicely. I like that it is a sleeve and doesn't use velcro straps. It is durable and effective. My sleeve holds the cold for 15-20.

I have neuropathy and the most painful areas are on the top of my foot. This ankle compression sleeve extends further down the foot nearer the toes than other sleeves do. I use it every night and it seems to help. Thank you.

The gel has all broken up and disintegrated after 2 uses. Very disappointing
