Good starter kit
Nice starter kit for the price. I didn’t know anything about Micropython and the tutorial wasn’t too helpful for me. I recommend to watch a YouTube video called “Pico Course for Beginners” the channel is called: Core Electronics.

Fun kit, some quality concerns
This is a fun kit, but it had some issues. The first issue was that the included usb cable did not work, I swapped it out for one I already had which resolved the issue.The second issue is the instructions. They read like they were created by ai or a non native English speaker. Aside from the gramatical and spelling errors the instructions were just poorly formatted and looked like they did not have any quality review.The final issue is they included bugs in some of the project code and it will cause the script to not compile. The issue stemmed from not declaring a variable and then attempting to call the variable later in the script. In the same script, you will also find that a value has been hardcoded rather than using the variable. The hardcoded value also did not match with the wiring example shown. These are some basic errors you would expect a new programmer to make in their first few projects, but should not appear in a paid product.In case anyone from LAFVIN is reading this review, the bug I'm referencing appears in the C script during the buzzer tone project.Overall it was an enjoyable kit, but I wouldn't recommend for someone who is not already familiar with coding concepts. Be ready for some unexpected troubleshooting!
