Can you use this product on your scalp

There are two versions of this product. The one that says restora on the bottle works far better. It is the only product I have found that works for me

Does it help with getting rid of irritation or only itch relief?

It gets rid of irritation. The vitamins A, C and E do that. It's not a fast worker and could take up to 3 weeks if the irritation is severe.

Will this bleach my freckles away if used on my face?

It has not bleached the freckles on my hands.

Does this ointment contain glucocorticoid?

Yes, in the form of hydrocortisone -- the main ingredient.
