Stunning Color, Easy Installation, and Plenty of Compliments!
I couldn't be happier with the Thermaltake SWAFAN EX 14 ARGB fans. From the moment I installed them, they have been an absolute standout addition to my build — and everyone who has seen my setup has had nothing but compliments about how good they look. The white colorway is crisp and clean, and the ARGB lighting takes it to another level entirely. Inside my case, the colors pop beautifully and really tie the whole build together. Whether cycling through colors or locked onto a specific theme, these fans look fantastic and add that premium aesthetic that really makes a build stand out. What really surprised me though was how straightforward the wiring process was. I was a little nervous going in, expecting the usual cable management headache that comes with RGB fans, but the SWAFAN EX 14 made it so much easier than I anticipated. Everything was well organized and the connectors were intuitive, which made the whole installation process smooth and stress-free. On top of the looks, the fans run quietly and perform well across the 500~2000 RPM range, giving me solid cooling without any distracting noise. If you're looking for PC fans that deliver on aesthetics, ease of installation, and reliable performance, the Thermaltake SWAFAN EX 14 ARGB in white is an excellent choice. Highly recommended — my build has never looked better!

GREAT Fans with a minor installation issue.
I bought these fans (2 sets of 3) because they have the extra set of reversable blades, which I wanted for a show-piece build. The supporting frame of the fans won't show when using them for intake fans, when you change to the reverse blades. Bottom Line I highly recommend them if you are controlling your fans from the motherboard's PWM and ARGB, and not using the "controller" others' have complained about. I have nothing bad to say about the controller, it is just that I did not need it for my build, since my Z690H motherboard controls and syncs PWM and ARGB for all fans. The fans are well built and solid; they light beautifully and run smoothly; and they are quiet at low to medium speeds. At full speed (my testing) they can be heard, but I cannot imaging needing to ever run them that fast. I also like that the fans swap easily - without tools - between forward and reverse blades. Also, the fans connect to each other magnetically, as well as the cables connecting magnetically. Now to the only minor installation issue. Some others have alluded to it also. If you do not get the magnetic cable connector aligned perfectly to the fan, the pogo pins on the fan don't connect to all the tiny disks on the cable, opposite each pin. My first install, the fans were Dead - no spinning or lights. So, I needed to "wiggle" the connector around to get it aligned. It took me about six tries on one fan, to get the alignment correct, because the magnets are so strong they tend to pull the parts together quicker than the alignment can occur. This is NOT a reason to avoid these fans, I see the strong magnets as a good thing because once you get the alignment correct it isn't going to move. I also had the same mis-alignment with the magnets coupling the 3rd fan to the 2nd, until I simply "wiggled" them to align perfectly. THERMALTAKE should take note, and do a little redesign work so the magnetic connectors work more precisely, else they may get some complaints and returns, from unaware buyers, that the fans just don't work. Bottom line is, I really like these fans and the are my new 1st choice for reverse blade fans. Highly recommended !!!

Great fans
Great fans for finishing out my build love the fact you have the choice of reverse or forward blades at your disposal your not locked in to where you can put these they are the most versatile fan I have used in 18 years I have been building pcs A bit steep on the price but you do get both sets of blades so you have to decide if this is what you want They are quiet at 50% never had them at a higher rpm due to using them in a water cooled rig I like the fact that they push enough volume of air it’s not a problem for me keeping my temps in check LEDs are nice and bright light up my system beautifully

Good budget Lian Li alternative with a bit fiddly install
Very decent and cheaper alternative to the Lian Li stuff. I really like the swapable fan idea because it came in handy. They do function well if not a bit loud compared to Lian li but not annoying. The system feels well built and look decent for the price. The only thing that gives pause is the install which is a bit fiddly and goofy as well as the fan stickers not being centered so the look wobbly (I removed them later). Key take away, harder to install but they do work and are usually waaay cheaper than Lian Li. I can recommend for more budget minded setups. Edit: I have since removed these fans to put in a different case. They are still good fans I just wanted an all Lian Li setup to get away from Msi Mystic Light and at the time there were literally no Lian Li 140mm reverse blade fans available or hardly any reverse blade daisy chain fans available until I saw these. These came in clutch with their fan swap system.

Nice fans.
These were kind of pricey, but I love the fact that they daisy chain without a separate cable to each fan. I have 9 fans in my case and only 4 cables attached to my motherboard. No splitters and no extra cables. I have had them for 8 or 9 months and they run almost constantly. The LEDs work well with the ASUS native controls and they are very quiet most of the time. When they all spin up (usually only in the summer) it gets a bit noisy, but better than some I've heard. They were super easy to install, but be sure that you have them aligned properly. The magnets can sometimes connect without connecting the electrical components. Finally, they are fans, and they move air as they should.

Save your money and buy something else.
Great concept, garbage delivery. When they work they look great and are quiet. If you do not tinker and just build a PC and use it then these may work for you. By saying "may" is because they may never actually work. Just swapping these fans from one case to another was enough to make them useless. No lights, no spin, no nothing. Hooked directly to motherboard fan headers and also through a sata powered fan hub. Jiggling the fans, resetting the power lead, nothing. I bought a lot of these fans and now all are in the trash.

Great Fans Don't Sleep on these buy them.
Really cool lighting I could say these are the best fans I ever had the pleasure of owning for my PC. I used these for my Eva 02 build very easy to use perfect fit and perfect color. Worth the higher price definitely worth it.

Perfect ARGB fan with reverse-flow blades
TL;DR: Quiet, ARGB, cable-free daisy-chaining, magnetic, swappable reverse-flow blades. What more could you want? Usually I'll go for Noctua fans when I want silence and performance, but for this build I also wanted something that would look great and light up nicely inside a case with glass panels. After lots of searching I discovered these... and they are everything that I hoped they would be! Six of these Thermaltake SWAFANs (ARGB variant) provide silent air intake through the mesh-filtered side and bottom of my case and allow individual LED control for full case effects with open-source OpenRGB software. Construction: The fan base, blades, wires, connections, and packaging all feel premium. Comes with extra grease, should you need it down the road. The LEDs are nice and bright and the fan blades do a decent job of diffusing the light. Reverse-flow blades: These fans come with reverse-flow blades that can be easily swapped in, so the fan can be mounted with preferred air-flow orientation without being obscured by fan structure. Magnetic: Fan edges have magnets that help join the fans together for install. The cable that you connect to the fan also attaches magnetically. Cordless daisy-chaining: Fans have daisy-chain pin/pad connections, so each set of 3 fans side-by-side only need a single cable that Y splits for 4-pin PWM/Power and ARGB. Plenty of reach on each end of the Y cable to reach your motherboard's fan header and an ARGB controller and less wire mess in your case. Silent (typically): At idle and typical workloads, the fans run silently at lower RPM. During heavier workloads or gaming, my system profile has the fans raise in RPM to a barely audible level. Only when really pushing the system do the fans increase to noticeably audible levels when moving lots of air. ARGB Control: The LEDs on these fans are controllable via ARGB, which means you can use your motherboard's ARGB control or a 3rd party ARGB controller to control each LED individually on the fans, even when daisy chained, without having to use extra vendor-specific controllers or software! I control these ARGB fans and other case LEDs with the "Razer Chroma Addressable RGB Controller." I use OpenRGB to drive this controller, along with my DIMMs and graphics card. OpenRGB allows me to map all of these LEDs to their physical space to run interesting full-chassis effects. See video for demo. Cost: IMO, these fans are very affordable compared to alternative solutions when shopping. Especially considering that they are ARGB compatible, you can use a single controller for multiple ARGB peripherals. I could not find an alternative that checked all of these boxes. Tip: Avoid over-tightening fan mounting screws, or they may not power-on correctly. Thank you Thermaltake for making an excellent fan with reversible blades and ARGB connectivity!
