No. The terminals and cooling vents are not waterproof. What makes these amplifiers preferable for recreational vehicles is that they have pigtail connections versus exposed wore terminals offering some protection to liquid splashes, but by no means waterproof.

No. RCA inputs only. You will need a LOC to convert to low level outputs.
