Didn’t help my 19 year old, but helped my 6 year old.
My 19 year old son has TS and we tried these drops on him when he was about 6 years old and it didn’t help him at all . Fast forward 10 plus years , My now 6 year old daughter has started with tics . It was heartbreaking last night listening to her cough constantly the exact same cough over and over and over . I’m a 42 year old construction worker and I like to think I’m a pretty tuff man. But I cried my eyes out last night listening to her coughing knowing what my son has went through it broke Me . I jumped on here to see if there was anything new and came across these drops again which remember DID NOT WORK for my son. So today they arrived and my wife started my daughter on these as well as some magnesium gummy’s . She text me at work and said they seem to be helping . I just got home from work and have maybe heard my daughter cough about 10 times . It has definitely helped her . She must have coughed over a 1000 times yesterday. I just watched her play for a hour without a cough . If you expect to come on here and find some magic solution to a terrible condition, I don’t think you will find that here . But I can say for certain these drops have helped my daughter ALOT in just the first 2 doses . For $35 it’s worth the money to see if it will give your love one any kind of relief at all.

Does Not Help Tics
I have had tics my whole and I was just desperate to try anything new outside of meds. This not only tasted horrible I think it made my tics worse. Don't waste your time.

MIRACLE PRODUCT!
I am reviewing this product because it is simply amazing and I pray that it will help other kids as much as it has helped mine. My 9 year old son has had some small tics (blinking, nose scrunching, eyebrow raising) on and off now for about five years, so when I found Tic Tamer and read the reviews, I had to give it a try. Giving him the Tic Tamer along with a Magnesium supplement (Kids Calm or Calm plus Calcium) has always helped resolve his tics. Once they would resolve, I would wean him off, so that I never let his system become dependent or too used to taking them. We never really worried about his tics too much, because they were really minor and we know a lot of kids that went through transient tics up until puberty. However, this year his tics reached a new level, which really concerned us, he was jerking his head, humming and clearing his throat constantly. I know that vocal tics are sometimes a symptom of TS, so I spoke to our Pediatrician about it and he said he thought it was time that he see a Neurologist. Being that the Neurologist appointment was 3 weeks away, I decided to start him or his Tic Tamer/Magnesium combination. I was really skeptical about it working, only because his tics had never been this bad, but by day 3, I saw a a slight decrease, by day 5 a huge difference and by one week he wasn't ticking at all! My husband and I were completely amazed! This product has saved our child from the discomfort and embarrassment of his tics. Just be consistent with it and you will see the results!

product works but
My son stated that this product makes him feel calm, but only for a few hours. I am concerned that if he takes it too much he may get addicted, so I stopped giving him and tried something else.

Hope for parents of children with tics
I think it’s important to review this item, particularly if you have a success story. Those of us that have kids with tics will do just about anything to help our children. I originally bought this and then hesitated to try it, but one day when my son’s eye rolling became incessant I gave it to him. It brought the frequency down from a 10 to about a 3, pretty immediately. He said he could feel his face relax and didn’t have the urge to tic. Obviously, this could be a placebo effect but I personally don’t think so. We have been using it twice a day, before school and before bed. His tics remain at about a 2-3 at all times. During a school break I stopped giving it to him to see what would happen, and they immediately got worse. I also give him Ollie Chillax gummies before bed. The real difference could be seen when we started the tic tamer. I want to give hope to the parents out there that are desperate to find a solution. I sincerely hope this helps.

My 4 year old sons tic disorder...
Tried not to get my hopes up while staying optimistic... Really pricey but i was willing to give anything a try... My 4 year old started twitching about 3 months ago starting with sniffing and snorting then switched to blinking really hard to his head and neck twitches and gets really bad when watching t.v./tablet or when his cousin(s) come over...about a week ago it was the worst it was EVERY 1/3 seconds to the point he was holding his head crying that his head hurt because "i cant stop twitching" that brought me to tears.. He tries holding his head and smacks himself in the forehead because he gets so frustrated...so i ordered this got it in 2 days day 1 was no changes day 2 went from every 1/3 seconds to every minute or every other minute, now is day 4 and his cousin is over which is when it usually acts up and ive only saw him do it TWICE and its 2pm.. Every morning i give him a flinstone gummy vitamin with 2 magnesium chews that i ordered same time i ordered this, its called "Animal Parade Mag Kids," then I put about 2 sips of water in a cup with 5 drops of tic tamer and then i give him the water/drop ix about 12/1pm again around 5 and before bed... Since he started having tics they act up then go away for 2/3 weeks then come back so there is a chance that this episode just went away but the timing plus how bad it was the prior day I really think its the medicine...again its kinda pricey but ill pay it to see my son not suffer and not have to worry about people staring or having people who dont know any better asking HIM or asking me infront of him "why does he keep twitching?" I highly recommend, even if it doesn't work for you or you child, anything is worth atleast trying

Not Great for the Price
Both my husband and son have tics, so I've been on a desperate attempt to find something that will help tame them. This is one of the many things I've tried and I didn't notice much difference. My son used it and said it helped, but I tend to think it was more mental. He used it until it was gone, but he didn't ask for more. The things I've noticed that have made more of a dramatic difference? Taking magnesium (try the powder drink Calm) and staying away from caffeine. Also, sometimes chewing gum helps with the tics that come from their throat/mouths. I've also heard acupuncture works wonders, but we've yet to try that. :)
