1. Weather Protection The tent’s rainfly and seam-taping are excellent. A well-made fly is critical because it keeps rain out and ensures that even in a downpour, the inner space stays dry. Double-wall construction (a mesh inner body + separate fly) helps with both weather resistance and reducing condensation.  2. Ventilation With large mesh panels and well-placed vents, airflow is very good. This minimizes the “sweaty tent” feeling at night and cuts down on moisture inside — very important for comfort and longevity.  3. Build Quality & Durability The materials feel robust — ripstop nylon / polyester for the body, and quality poles (ideally aluminum). Reinforced stitching and a bathtub-style floor help prevent leaks and resist wear.  4. Ease of Setup The tent is straightforward to pitch. This is the biggest tent I've ever purchased which will be housing myself, my 2 dogs and their 8 puppies in their kennels. Being homeless is tough enough so this should help make things a bit more relaxed! I keep trying to post videos but Amazon won't take them for some stupid reason and I hate just posting text without the proof to back up what is stated and to show quality. I will try to post more once I get it together as long as Amazon allows me to! Update: I tried to post another video, but Amazon is lame when it comes to them. I was only able to add pictures. The size is HUGE! Quality is better than Coleman! They give 2 extra poles for the windows in case they snap, 2 plastic pole holding things just in case as well as patches in case you get a hole(I've always just used gorilla glue tape). Coleman has never had spare parts or even patches in their tents. I'm so happy I saved for the monster size tent from this company rather than another Coleman. You also can stand straight up with room to spare. My 6'3" friend loves my 12 person tent more than his little 8 person Coleman tent! He told me he's jealous and now he wants to save up for one. Guess I picked a winner. Buy this tent and enjoy! The tent was a bit complicated to understand on instructions if you have never set one up like this, but it wasn't too bad and I did it mainly by myself as my friend is mentally challenged, but it would be loads easier with a few friends! Thanks for the luxury on this tent!

The material was amazing, easy enough assembly, great size for a family , water slid right off the tent. Although I saw that the brown transferred to the white part it’s still a great summer buy

Had my doubts because of the reviews but Great tent lots of space inside fit a queen sized airmatress with enough room for my clothing and essentials in the back room. Front large door let in alot of air during the hot days. We had a strong thunderstorm that knocked tent down but inside was relatively dry considering I'd left a window open and the tent wasn't 100% secured down. Would definitely recommend

This a very good tent, good size, quality and hold up on the beach breeze. Definitely recommend.

SO disappointed! I paid 160 dls for a tent that is burnt from the sun, ripped, incomplete and useless. I felt do betrayed. I had to run to walmart to get a new one that was cheaper. Why do ppl do this? The sticks were broken n glass needles got into my skin. So painful. It came full of dirt. It didnt have the roof cover so kids n all got wet.

This tent is the exact layout I've been looking for for a long time, and there are a lot of great things about it. I can easily put it together myself with no problem. BUT as is it is for dry weather only. None of the seams are waterproof, and the tent fabric is not treated with any waterproof coating. In heavy rain, all of the seams will leak and you will end up with puddles inside on the floor. If this is the perfect tent for you in every way but you need it to be rainproof, be prepared to treat all of the seams with a tent seam sealant, and spray the entire exterior fabric with waterproofing tent spray. I'm glad I bought this tent because it serves me well for the two times of year that I live in it for work, but I'm pretty annoyed that this last trip ended up with a ton of our stuff being soaked and now I'll need to spend a bunch of money time and energy waterproofing the tent - probably every year for the rest of however long I have it. If it hadn't been for the fact that the top raintarp was one solid piece of fabric, we probably would have been completely rained out of our trip.

This was petty easy to set up and had lots of room. I had my four boys share this camping, ranging in age from 12-25 and they all found enough room.
