Awesome product!
I love this. It’s a great workout machine to have if you don’t have a lot of room, it’s easy to set up and easy to use. It comes with a mat to put under it and keep it stable and prevent slipping. I love it and enjoy using it.Oh it also keeps track of your steps, calories, and speed.

Compact, easy to assemble, easy to use
The media could not be loaded. I’ll start with the negatives:Though super easy to assemble the step counter does not work. Kind of a bummer being brand new but not a deal breaker. The pedals are angled so that your toes are higher than your heels (a reversed high heel for us gals) which isn’t totally bad per se but super uncomfortable for a longer period of time. At around my 12 minute mark I turned around and finished the 20 minutes backwards, my calves were so uncomfortable the other way. Gonna have to get more calf and heel cord stretching in I suppose.I played a bit with the resistance…and I’ll have to play with it a little more. Super easy for me to get 20 minutes in….without a sweat. But I am used to stair climbing on a daily basis so I think I just need to figure out how to make the resistance stronger (yes, the yellow knob tightens but I felt like it was as tight as allowed this first go round)The resistance bands are long. I am 4’11 so I have to grab the tubing below the hand grips to get better resistance for bicep curls and shoulder presses. Again, not a deal breaker, just awkward. It’s heavier than I had imagined. So what sold me was a YouTuber did a review on this stepper and shared how she packed it in her suitcase and traveled with it….I guess I wasn’t expecting it to weigh as much as it does plus she must have only stayed away for one day because this would literally take up most of my suitcase. Maybe I should ask her what all she packed lolThe positives:This is something even my kids could use…and that’s great for when we get snowed in and they need to work off some energy. If you cross the tubing and do static holds your core really gets a workout!!! Hello abs.Though the step counter and timer do not work on the machine my fitbit kept count of steps and I just used a regular timer for my 20 minutes. Worked out real well.I wanted something mobile and small that could travel with me and this stepper meets that criteria. I could sneak away into my bedroom for an uninterrupted workout when the family is all home (we still have three kids at home and mom, that’s me, is never allowed to do something uninterrupted if seen)I’m kind of on the fence whether I should return it or not. It’s my very first day of having it so I’ll see if I can make some teaks and get a better workout this week. I think it’s a great buy for those beginning to exercise. I’d have it set up close to a wall for some support though, our eldest son nearly fell off trying to get on it.

Very Sturdy and compact
I love the retention and the product works well. Great quality. Very sturdy, no noise and able to adjust. Fits perfectly in the corner of the room.

Works fine
Works fine, a little noisy but I don’t mind it cause I have my earbuds in.. but it serves it’s purpose

Too loud, pedal size too small
I purchased this item February 2024. The pedals barely fit for my feet size. I'm a size 8 1/2 and my feet hangs off the end. The stepper is loud no matter which resistance you change it to. I recommend to anyone not purchase unless you wear a size 7 shoe and under. Also if you like loud noise, then this will be for you. It's a waste of money. Research and purchase something better.

It is easy
I used it for the first time today only did 20 min and I can see a good workout. Will use this more it was not hard to use and hopefully I will see results.

Hard work will pay off
I had a stepper 6 years ago and I loved it. However, the basement flooded, so I had to replace it and this stepper didn’t disappoint. It works you out and I love that you don’t get a lot of noise because it has a wheel instead of an air tube. You still get the counter and the little mat is an extra added bonus because it gives you a little more stability on the floor. I usually cross my arm bands for more resistance. The price was another selling point for me, it was very reasonable.

Fine but the fittings keep coming undone
It doesn’t wobble and gives good resistance. I like the counter so I don’t have to keep track. But one of the nuts on the mechanism keeps coming loose every time we use it. It flew off once and since then just won’t stay on. I have to crank it back down every time now. And I’m afraid to go over about 400 steps (200 on the counter) or it may fly off or I’d have to stop in the middle of a workout to make sure it doesn’t come off. Super annoying.
