Relatively used to set up, works with brick doorbell and other accessories but we put it to work with light switches and that’s the main purpose I do properly try to recommend it for Darville for your flight switches that are compatible with that brand I would say it’s ready to go

I have had these for years. Best product ever until last week. All worked without issue. Then they stopped. I assumed my hub was past its prime so I ordered this new one. 8 tries later no connection. It seems that the issue is with the company and not my equipment. I fear I'll have to find an alternative.

It works well. But there are times during the day when it loses communication with Alexa

I've run this plugged into a power strip with a USB port for 2 years and NEVER had any issues with it. 4 temp/humidity sensors and 2 nightlight/motion sensors. Rock solid stability. Would definitely recommend.

Does not work with Google home. I tried everything and still get an error when it gets to link.

This device does NOT comply with the Zigbee standard.I was looking for a button that would work with my Alexa devices. I found the ThirdReality buttons, and they claimed to be Zigbee compliant, so I bought one. I have three Echo devices with built-in Zigbee hubs, so I assumed this would work. It doesn't. Even though they claim to be Zigbee compliant, they are not. The might communicate using the Zigbee protocol, but they won't communicate with an Echo Zigbee hub. You have to buy their hub in order to make it talk.So after trying for a couple of days to make this "Zigbee" device talk to my actual Zigbee hub, I finally threw in the towel and paid another $30 for a ThirdReality Zigbee hub. This is a special Zigbee hub that only talks to ThirdReality devices. It wasn't difficult to set up, but it requires access to the internet. If I use my firewall to block its internet access, It won't work. I find that suspicious.I'd like to give this device 1 star since it isn't actually Zigbee compliant. But it does work, so I'm giving it two stars, even though It shouldn't be necessary if the other ThirdReality devices were actually Zigbee compliant.

I bought these plugs and the Gen 2 Plus Hub specifically to monitor my energy usage over time (7-day and 30-day reports), as the product listing implies comprehensive energy monitoring. Unfortunately, the experience has been a major disappointment.Despite spending $70+ on the hardware, the official Third Reality app only provides "live" power data. There are no built-in charts for historical tracking, comparison reports, or long-term data logging. When I tried to bridge the hub to other ecosystems (like Google Home or SmartThings) to get better data visualization, I hit constant roadblocks. The QR code on the device wasn't recognized as a Matter code by other apps, and the "Matter" setup option was missing from my app despite the "Plus" branding.Unless you are a hobbyist willing to set up a dedicated third-party server (like Home Assistant) and buy extra Zigbee dongles, you will not get the energy reports you're looking for. If you want a "plug and play" experience with 30-day usage history, look elsewhere. I am returning this set.

Sleek design which doesn't need a power outlet as it plugs into a USB-A port, but the app is really badly designed and unappealing to use. Everything works OK and it connects to Google Home and Amazon Echo OK but much more design work is needed as well as better English!

It took 4 tries before it finally joined the wifi network. FW update took 15 mins… It took a few tries before it would connect to a ThirdParty contact sensor. It took 10-15 mins to update the contact sensor FW. Open/close response time to notification time is excessive. Performance drastically drops as hub moves away from contact sensor. I’m comparing this hub’s performance against connecting the contact sensor to an Amazon Echo V4 smart speaker where the open/close response time is almost instant and that’s with the contact sensor 1 floor below and horizontally away from the smart speaker. This hub simply does not have the power…
