Item is small and easy for carrying. USB C makes it compatible for most laptops. It’s holding up great so far but not sure about long term use. The build does seem to be cheap but worth it for the price. This won’t be replacement for everyday use but great for on the go!

Someone in my unit called it “bougie” but I just think it’s compact and sleek with its foldable design. Zero cables and plugs straight into the C-Port. Works well and maintains its functionality for a long time.

The reader is well made, it does a lot of jobs, and makes it easy not to turn on a computer. Connects to your Android with ease. I bought it to connect to JKO (Joint Knowledge Online) via my smartphone, but it wasn't supported due to updated systems with the military, but it does read other cards well, like debit and credit cards. You can access your bank account or pay bills with it. It was an okay purchase.

Needed a CAC reader for WFH. Purchased this card reader since it was compact and didn't take up room in my bag. Definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a cordless card reader that doesn't take up space. Note: I originally thought I wouldn't be able to use it since I couldn't get the drivers to install. However I found that I didn't even need to install them in the first place since it works just fine without them. Plugged it in and had no issue with it reading the CAC.
