Quality of out put.
I have been using this machine for over a year now. Works perfectly fine. Due to high pressure the expresso shot is dense with high creama. It’s easy to use and clean. I would say value for money. I have taken this video using glass tumbler so that you can see the output properly.

Horrible company
I am giving one star because there is no option to give negative rating to this brand and this company. It’s a bad horrible reproductive . Please don’t buy anything from this brand.My coffee machine is not working. It is within the warranty period. But pathetic customer support. They don’t have technicians to come home and see the product. The person will just do video calls and guide you and it is useless. If a part needs replacement, there is no way.So bad brand, bad product, horrible after sales support. Don’t buy. Don’t buy. Save your money and spare yourself a headache.
