Mine came with like a pair of washers but it wouldn't fit beforr the bolt or where does it supposed to go?

Insert the ball joint into the socket and install the washer and nut underneath. Be sure to torque and recheck security of the nut at every oil change. Might have to jack up hub assy to install washer and nut.

Will this work with a 3” leveling kit?

Yes. I have it installed with 3 inch front 2 inch rear leveling kit.
