So, I got the bottle and put it in my bathroom cabinet, with my other vitamins, I took one that evening. I did notice the tablets smelt a bit but didn’t think that much of it. The next morning our whole bedroom and bathroom really smelt (we have an en suite). . In the morning I awoke to what can only be described as the stench of death. It had been raining heavily so I wondered if perhaps we had a leak somewhere and something was wet and damp. The smell was like a damp, wet, rotting smell. My husband and I couldn’t work it out, we moved wardrobes out of the way, we sniffed our way around the room trying to find if our cat had dragged the dead corpse of a rat or mouse in and left it rotting somewhere. My husband even poured bleach down the sink and toilet in case we had a blockage to no avail, although the scent of bleach was preferable to the strange rotting smell. Later, when I went to bed, opened the bathroom cabinet door, the stench hit me in the face, I then wondered.. it couldn’t be, surely? I moved the vitamins into the downstairs kitchen cupboard to see. Sure enough, within a couple of hours the stench had moved from our upstairs into our kitchen. I have had to bin them because good for you they may be, but they absolutely stink.

I like the Natures Aid Selenium as the combinations of vitamins included seems just right and because the tablets are not huge and so easy to swallow. Good price as well. I recommend them

Not the greatest taste, however a good entry way into selenium supplementation. I attribute this recent addition to my 2cm thyroid nodule shrinking; must to the annoyance of the radiologist and surgeon.
