Looking for something unique and interesting with a floral spring flair to carry as a backpack or sling purse? This is a different option. This is a fabric mélange of woven tapestry with a butterfly design on the base of the purse, and an oatmeal-colored linen-type plain material with dimensional flowers on the front flap. It looks like a piece you might pick up at an artisan crafts fair, which is one of the reasons I ordered it. It's heavier than I thought it would be, even without any of my stuff put in it yet. There are a lot of thoughtful features, like many zippered pockets inside and out. One I especially like is a zippered space on the exterior back, which would be against your back if you're wearing it in the backpack style. That is a more secure place to put your keys and perhaps a small wallet than having even a zippered front pocket. If you're wearing it on your back in a crowded space, then you might not notice someone trying to get into it. But getting to that hidden back pocket - much trickier to pull off. There's lots of space for a full sized wallet inside, plus lipstick, pen, tissues, etc. There are several pockets from which you can choose to keep your cell phone or other important easy-access items. There is enough room to hold a small water bottle or other beverage. If your child has a small stuffy that they expect you to carry; room for that, too. The shoulder straps have a good amount of adjustability. That's an improvement over a fancy name-brand backpack purse I recently struggled with on a trip. The straps were much too short to be comfortable on that one to take off and on without assistance from my husband. That wasn't great, so these straps being more flexible in length is a huge plus. This will be fun to carry when garden touring this Spring. I expect to get some compliments on the very distinctive design. With it being light colored, I don't think that it would stay that way with constant use. This will be used somewhat sparingly to keep the exterior looking fresh.

I love everything about this bag but the tassels. They just didn't quite look like anything. I cut them off and embroidered my own flowers and it's perfect now. It's easy to use and I love all the different ways to wear it. The quality is excellent and it seems like it'll be nice and durable. There is tons of pockets and sections. Inside pockets help with security and it's comfortable to wear. And it's just so beautiful. I love it now that I made it my own.

Beautiful sling bag . Not big like a back pack . Just the right size with plenty of room and pockets . Can't wait to use mine. Perfect for those who want a convenient bag but not large or heavy back pack and it's so pretty.

This purse is just what I've been looking for. It's not huge like those that I've looked at in the past. The main compartment is approximately 12" X 6" & holds all my necessities. The front pocket is of a nice size as is the back zippered pocket. Love the strap design & overall craftsmanship is very good. The added embellishments, ie, the zipper pulls, front cover design, are outstanding. I am thrilled with this product and highly recommend. If you are looking for an unusual (meaning not your basic plain Jane bag), well crafted purse/backpack, this will fit the bill. I'll update after months of use.

Note: this is my everyday bag, so it's been used almost every day for over a year now, from car trips to walks around town to working at a summer camp. I really like this bag :) Things I love: - the design!! I receive many compliments, and it goes well with so many outfits -LOTS of pockets. I didn't know how much pocket space i needed until i got this bag, it helped a lot with organization -converts between backpack and sling--this is unexpectedly super helpful -since it's small, people tend to consider it a purse instead of backpack, so I can take it into places that might restrict backpacks. Things i dislike: -small space. I originally got this to store my 10in×7in sketchbook while traveling, but alas, it does not fit fully. Nor does it fit my ipad, which is a little bit smaller. This bag is useful for smaller items like wallet, keys, pens, cool rocks, etc. Smaller books fit as well, for example my 5"×7" sketchbook fits fine. You can fit a hardcover novel, but that's stretching it. -side pockets are small, too. I can't even fit one of those disposable plastic water bottles in them, which kinda loses functionality. However, for small stuff like sunglasses or pens, these work fine. -I've resewn seams a couple times now, but mainly because i always try to pack everything in haha. I've used this bag for over a year now, so I'm not too upset with this.

Wore it all the way around Europe as a day pack, many people complimented it. I was able to use a damp cloth with soap to clean it if it got dirty. Great little zipper pocket for hotel key card or other quick-access item. Perfect size for a day pack, could hold everything I needed, including sunscreen, sun shawl, book, water bottle, etc. Oh, my water bottle falls out the side too easily, so I just zipped it up inside the backpack. Not worth taking a star off of, though, because this bag is so pretty and I love it!
