Truly a great product and after trying both this budget friendly and expensive models, I can confidently say that I’m going to stick with this brand for any monitor needs I may have. Their customer service is excellent which makes all the difference as well! Easy installation, great audio and video quality. Battery quality is incredible and our units havent had any issues in over 2 years now. Have purchased other products from HelloBaby and will always suggest them to future parents. Wow! This baby monitor has served our family so well. Before Hellobaby, we had a monitor that we hated. Once it broke within a couple months, we tried this brand. We love how we can use the monitor to shift the camera, especially as our baby moves a lot more in his crib. The night vision is clear and not grainy. The sound is really loud when you want it to be. The range is also impressive. We live practically in the parking lot of our church and are able to attend events at the church, taking our monitor with us, and we still have connection in most of the rooms. We certainly can walk around our house and not lose connection too. It’s really user friendly and has all the features I need. I also LOVE that one monitor can eventually have four cameras working on it. My husband and I want four kids so that will be perfect for us. We are very happy with our purchase and have no need to try any other brand.

This monitor is surprisingly great quality for its price and we’ve really enjoyed it. We currently use the Owelet monitor daily at home but needed something for on the go naps, when not at home, while on vacation, or for when my baby stays at his grandparents house. This monitor is easy to use, amazing quality, and both nighttime/daytime images are very clear. Although everyday use isn’t our intended use for this product because we already have a monitor, I would still highly recommend it for everyday use to anyone searching for a non-WiFi monitor!

Have had this for a week now and has been my favorite camera. The only downside is the button to zoom also disconnects the camera. Holding zooms and tapping disconnects. So at night when your half asleep trying to get the right button, it’s disconnected which is frustrating but other than that, it’s been great!

I care for my wife who now has dementia. Because I still have to manage the household, there are plenty of times when I cannot be at her side. Because she tries to get up by herself, and because she will fall if she does, I needed a baby monitor. This monitor is easy to use and has already prevented lots of falls in the 7 months that I have owned it. Having both video and audio (two-way audio) is a great feature. I can hear her when she calls out to me which is very helpful for when I am not looking directly at the monitor. The display is very good and works well in almost no light. I was amazed at how well the night vision works. Because my wife is usually in one of two places (Bedroom or Family Room), I had been moving the camera from one place to the other when I moved her. So I decided to get a second camera for the convenience of no longer needing to move the camera. My Hello Baby model can handle up to 4 camera as I understand it. I also own WiFi security cameras which can provide similar monitoring, but the Hello Baby monitor is far easier to use and it always works as soon as I turn it on. The WiFi cameras often disconnect and have to be restarted. And although this monitor does not work remotely from miles away (like the WiFi cameras do), I understand that the Hello Baby monitor is more secure in that it cannot be hacked as easily as the WiFi models can be. I am very happy with my Hello Baby monitor.

Pretty simple, nothing fancy. Our Vtech one died on us at 1 year so we got this and it has done the job for 7 months now. Sometimes it glitches momentarily and there is a loud static sound coming from the monitor, but the camera has held up well being transported on vacations and such. Good value for the money.

This is the second time I order this monitor, because I accidentally broke the first one. I looked for other options but this has been the best. I tried hybrid cameras but they’re so unreliable, I was hesitant when first buying this since it’s Bluetooth only but it’s been perfect. The connection is strong, no buffering. I can sleep soundly while my baby is in his own room knowing I will hear him and can see him whenever he wakes up for a feed. Whenever I’m out and he’s being watched by the nanny, she can go all the way outdoors and the connection would still be solid. The only thing I prefer would be for the volume to be through buttons on the side instead of being on the screen only. Whenever my baby wakes up I reduce the volume immediately to avoid waking up my husband and it would be easier to do that with physical buttons.

The camera needs to be plugged into external power, while the monitor is rechargeable and holds charge for several days. It connects quickly and has been very reliable. The video quality is sufficient for its purpose, and the night mode works surprisingly well. There’s no noticeable lag in the video feed. The screen graphics do feel a bit low-resolution by today’s standards, but the image quality itself is clear enough for monitoring your baby, which is what matters. I do wish the pricing was a little lower and that there were more good non-Wi-Fi options available in the market. That said, for what it offers, this is a solid, dependable choice, highly recommended for parents who want peace of mind while finishing up chores.
