High quality, especially suited for longer, looser curls
Many heat settings so you can choose to NOT burn your hair. Previous irons did much damage to my hair and color. High quality: solidly constructed, large/long barrel to accommodate long hair and softer curls. Surface has remained smooth (it’s no longer new) so it doesn’t drag at your hair.

Great quality bad quality
I bought my 1st curling iron in 2024 & had great curls! After approximately 1 year the clamp quit holding my hair tight thus making it difficult to get even curls or any curls at all. I returned the iron for a replacement & the same thing has happened. Such a disappointment !

Don’t waste your money
Extremely difficult to use, after trying to use it for maybe 3 times the clip kept getting stuck and wouldn’t grab your hair it kept slipping. I tried to return it through Amazon and they refuse to do it then went directly to the manufacturer and never got an answer so I am stuck with this useless product which is defective and not worth the money. Such a disappointment with the product and with customer service at Amazon and the manufacturer.

Great iron, heats up fast.
Love this for longer hair, my last one took twice as long to curl my hair. My only complaint is that it doesn’t have automatic shut off like the last few I’ve owned.

HEAVY DUTY PRO curling iron
This thing gets HOT. And its study and sizable. Feels like a professional curling iron. Rubber stand is larger than expected but necessary to hold it up off a surface. But it gets in the way when you are curling so Im pushing it down (toward handle) and then pulling it back up to set it down. Did I say it gets HOT? Be careful. I heard this brand was highly recommended by salon owners which is why i bought it, and I see why they would. Its a pro product. (seems more robust than Hot Tools)

Ok but not great
I bought this after seeing a stylist use it on a Reels. For me, it wasn't worth the $$. I can only use it on the third setting. Anything over that literally fries my hair. And the curls last about an hour before they're completely gone. My other complaint is that somehow, every time I go to put my thumb on the handle, my thumb doesn't land only on the pad and I get burned. I don't know why. I don't have that issue with my other curling irons. I would not repurchase this item.
