The packaging was damaged. There was no band in the pack. The device won’t work. Tried factory reset, reinstalled the app in both android and ios, tried the silent mode and revert. There was no response other than the main button blinking.

Works perfectly fine, no issues at all. Battery is great charge once every week. Highly recommend.

It handles auto Poké Ball throws and PokéStop spins seamlessly, and you can even switch to manual mode to use Great or Ultra Balls - perfect for Community Days when you’re hunting shinies and don't want them fleeing. Reconnecting is a breeze too, a single tap on the in-game connection icon and you’re back in action almost instantly. The only downside? The vibration and LED lights can be a bit much. Thankfully, there are guides online showing how to disable the vibration and cover the LEDs - if you’re comfortable opening it up. Personally, I just disconnected the vibration motor. Since I keep it tucked away in a pocket or backpack, the lights don’t bother me.
