How many times can you use this test?

There are to tests. If you just had the procedure, you must take test twice a few days apart to be sure.  But you will still be fertile for about 10 or 12 ejaculations.   So don't test until then and in the meantime be careful.  Lol...

Can this test show a weak positive? My test was negative but after sitting several hours a very faint line appeared at the T mark.

That is still a negative result.  The results must be read at exactly 7 minutes.  The results that you see at 7 minutes is the correct and accurate reading.  Anything that develops after 7 minutes, is an invalid reading.

My husband had a vasectomy in 2009, can he use this to check to make sure he is still sterile?

Yes the instructions state that to take the test more than 6 months after the vasectomy procedure and to do it yearly after that to make sure that you remain infertile.

SpermCheck Vasectomy is a test for men to confirm that their sperm count is extremely low. SpermCheck Vasectomy will provide a negative result if the sperm count is below 250,000 sperm/ml and a positive result if the sperm count is above 250,000 sperm/ml. In clinical testing, sperm counts below 250,000 sperm/ml have been proven to not cause a pregnancy. SpermCheck Fertility is a test for men in couples trying to conceive. SpermCheck Fertility will provide a negative result if the sperm count is below 20 million sperm/ml and a positive result if the sperm count is above 20 million sperm/ml. At the time SpermCheck Fertility was FDA approved, per the World Health Organization, a sperm count below 20 million sperm/ml is considered to be at a sub-fertile level but not infertile. A sperm count below 20 million sperm/ml could still result in a pregnancy. In summary, receiving a negative SpermCheck Fertility result (below 20 million sperm/ml.) indicating sub-fertility does not mean that the male is sterile (below 250,000 sperm/ml.). SpermCheck Fertility is not an appropriate test for post-vasectomy testing.
