I was concerned that the 1200mm length of these would allow some flex and/or vibration because of the unsupported section length. But they are solid as a brick and glide very smoothly as a top slide on a DIY router sled that I built with 1/2 inch thick acrylic brackets. Note: I used the linear rails with the full length support for the bottom slide.

Arrived well packaged. We shall see how it works when installed. An easy way to build a 3 axis manual router setup. Would like to see the holes changed from blind holes to through holes on the treaded blocks. This would make it easier to mount to other blocks or equipment. Very pleased with operation of bearings so far….smooth.

Their a very good quality rail system at an affordability price for building a very smooth moving router sled.

Works exactly like I wanted them too. I made a surface flattening router sled and it worked perfect for that use. My new sled works great!

Well made but should be heavier for my needs, I returned it and replaced it with a different brand.
