Solid Quality For Updated Style Points
Ordered two of these to update the look of my Moen standard chrome shower valves. One of these trim packs came showing that it had been opened and unfortunately wasn’t packed properly to prevent scratches. Amazon shipped out a new one right away. Great customer service. Installed them and very impressed with packaging and product fitment. Updated to a contemporary look without spending big $’s for brand name. Very pleased on quality for dollar spent. Strongly recommend if you are looking to update your shower style.

Came packaged VERY well and is beautiful Having an issue with set screw on handle, handle is loose, waiting on reply from web site. "update" my fault not screwing center screw in enough is fixed and looks great very well made will buy for other rooms .

Fit right up
Very clean item, easy to install after old chrome plated one started to corrode. Worked well for the Moen trim replacement

Bang for the buck
Look nice, quality is average, but expected that with the price. The one thing I don’t like is you can’t fully tighten up the handle so it’s always a little loose. This is really a non-issue other than just being annoying and making it feel cheap. Other than that I have no issues with this product. Definitely worth what I paid for it.

I’m happy! All other affordable replacements were made with plastic. This one is well made and will likely last years.

GREAT ITEM
It just arrived so I can’t really say how good this product is….but I like the weight to it. I thought we were going to get some cheap plastic material, but this is not the case. Thank you so much for giving good quality with a great price behind it!

Nice look
All parts were included. Easy install. The brushed nickel looks great. Much better than the original Moen plastic knob.

Very well made trim kit have not put on yet but will look great! Black and all metal looks as good if not better than moen made!

Unfortunately I didn't realise until after the plumber was here to install it so didn't have time to get it replaced

Missing parts, did not feel solid.

Handle does not cover screws. It sits on top making it impossible for it to connect properly. Will be returning
