Well made battery. I put it through 5 full-charge cycles before using it normally, and it appears to be working well. Windows battery report shows it to have more capacity than advertised, so that's awesome. Been using it for a month, and it appears to still be as good as the day I purchased it. Easy installation, as well. They send you all the tools you need!

See the photo of the instructions. It comes with all the tools you need to install it. I have an Alienware 15m R2. This battery is compatible. Verify if it works with your computer. I get about 2 hours of battery life. I'll update this if it suddenly fails. I hope that's helpful.

The battery worked for a couple of days then stopped being recognized by the computer. Tried everything suggested by the this product page. When that didn't work I tried to find the contact information so I could get a replacement under the one year warranty. It is not published anywhere so I contacted Amazon. After an hour on the phone and being transferred Amazon agreed and gave me a link to contact the seller. I sent a request for a replacement and never heard back. I am outside the 30 day return window. I will buy a battery from another seller and would not recommend this product to anyone.

The seller stands behind their products. Changed to 5 stars from previous review because they offered to replace battery. The replacement battery lasts twice as long as the previous one.

This thing for and worked like a dream! Had a bit of charge left in it upon arrival.

Replaced my old M15 battery that was starting to puff up. Easy DIY job that doesn't take long. Cycled a few times, and average useful batt life when gaming is under 2 hrs. Alienwares are power hungry, so not shocking. My 1 complaint is one of the screw holes didn't quite line up. A little maneuvering and it went in.

Battery arrived yesterday📦. The packaging was well done and the battery seems to be manufactured🏭 to the highest standards.🥇 It literally looks 👀 better than the OEM battery I bought last time. Another thing I really appreciate is the fact that tools 🛠️were included; 4 lil drivers🪛 (one flat,one slotted, and two torx), plus a number of plastic pry tools and spudgers of assorted types. Everything I needed to do the install was inside the box. I mean, it's not like I don't already own all of the necessary tools, but- 1. I would have needed to go down into the basement and get everything from my toolbox,🧰 so it's simply more convenient for me. Plus I'm sure there are plenty folks that may not have the tools needed. And- 2. I feel like the tools being included is indicative of an attention to detail🔬along with pride in the product 🧑‍🔬 not usually seen today. It honestly just gives me a lot more confidence in the product. A vendor willing to cut✂️ corners to make an extra buck💵 isn't going to include tools (for FREE). I may be wrong but those are my thoughts.💭 I had no problems installing the battery, and my notebook💻 booted up just fine. The replacement looks to be completely transparent to the OS(Windows 10). My battery arrived charged only halfway🪫 so shut my computer off and finished charging the battery.🔋 I've been using my laptop so far with absolutely zero issues. I haven't yet had to recharge it🔌, so I cannot comment🤐 on the capacity. But I will return when I able to add something in that regard or if I do experience problems at some point. To date🗓️ I've been impressed with this replacement battery, and it's far cheaper than the OEMs I usually buy. Tbh, I had stopped buying the aftermarket options after a string of bad experiences. If I continue to not any problems I will probably quit buying OEM, and stick with aftermarket (even if it is just this one brand). Those factory batteries are just too expensive.🫰💸 Here's a tip I got from one of the IT guys🧑‍💻 at work.🏢 If you are like me and leave your notebook💻 plugged in🔌(while you are using it) to the ac adapter almost all the time, then remove the battery once it's fully charged.🔋 Heat🌞 is responsible for damaging more batteries than anything else. And leaving it in your computer while you're using it powered via the ac adapter once it's done charging is responsible for most of the degradation in its performance over time.📉 And unlike some of the other things which also contribute to the damage, this is 100% avoidable.

The battery was a perfect match to the OEM battery the laptop came with. I needed to switch the batteries out because the original one has gotten pretty swollen and would only last about 15 or 20 minutes off the charger. Once I installed this battery, I was hoping I'd be able to get 4-6 hours out of it. However after a few days of running it on and off the charger, the battery would at best last 2 hours just streaming videos. I didn't even try stress testing it with a game and I even set the LEDs of the device to red which should consume the least amount of power.
