Faulty, but replaced by customer service
I can only give 0ne star as I have had to send back this product for a refund. Unfortunately it only worked for les than a month and the plug started to make a fizzing noise. Luckily it has a safety cut off on it or it gone have gone up in flames. It's a shame as it was very pretty and smelt amazing. NEW REVIEW Seller reached out to me and asked if they could solve the issue. I explained I had sent it back a was faulty and received a refund. They then sent me out a new oil burner free of charge for inconvenience caused. They were incredibly helpful , and have said any further problems I can contact them immediately. Excellent customer service and very fast response ๐. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Upto now this is great
Quality of glass is awesome. It's thicker than I thought it was going to be. I thought it was going to be really thin but it's nice and thick. Really easy to use. Smells nice. Auto turn off is good as it does what it says. Doesn't leak. Performance upto is really good no problems will update my review in a few weeks to let you know how it's handling been used everyday. Oh and I love the different lights to suit any mood. Bargain for the price.

Breaks after a few days.
It looks nice and works nice...for a few days. It suddenly stopped working, despite handling it with due care and making sure no water was spilled. It would be a great product if it lasted, but as it stands I would not recommend this. EDIT: Changing this to a four star after the seller sent a prompt replacement. I am still worried about durability, but for now the product seems to be working.
