High quality and strong scissor. It looks professional but I haven’t tried to slice chicken bone.

Great pair of scissors and have remained sharp after numerous months of use.

Excellent scissors. Extremely sharp and they work well for both left and right handers. Not the cheapest but you ultimately get what you pay for and these do the job with ease. Easy to clean and the blades separate to sharpen when required. Made in Germany and not China which is an added bonus. These really are quality scissors.

Sharp! Good quality and comfortable to use

Being manufactured by the reliable old brand Zwilling, these entry level scissors are certainly much better quality compare to most other average brands but not as good as similar Zwilling kitchen scissors that I had bought in the 90's for around £20. Although they both appear similar, in reality, the built quality of this pair is actually much flimsier, while the blades are not as strong and do not cut like the old Zwilling scissors that I've had for nearly 30 years and still working perfectly. I have also noticed that Zwilling makes another similar variant selling @ £40, I am guessing this version has similar quality like my old scissors. In today's competitive market, many high end manufacturers ( Zwilling, Fissler, WMF, Berndes, etc) have lowered their entry level standard in order to attract new customers with a lower price point. If you don't want to fork out £40 for Zwilling's old entry level quality , then this much cheaper variant is still good value for nowadays.

Great quality scissors as you would expect from this brand made in Germany - I believe it is worth paying extra and getting a great product otherwise it is false economy. I would highly recommend this brand - in fact I now own several pairs of this brand of scissors in different sizes. I only use these scissors for cutting meat/chicken or for any other food preparation. The scissors cut with precision and they are sharp!

Nice shears, maybe a bit too big, maybe I just have to get used to the size.

I have bought a number of kitchen shears over the years, generally endorsed by this or that celebrity chef, only to have them quickly lose their edge, develop rust spots, or come apart. I have never been pleased with any that I have bought in the past. Then a few months ago, while driving down a dirt road east of Yuma AZ (having just enjoyed a lovely date shake from Martha's Gardens Medjool Date Farm), I heard a loud thumping from the back of the car and realized that I had a flat tire. When I finally got it off the car, I grabbed my pliers and pulled a peculiar object out of my rear passenger side tire. I identified it from the brand name on the blades even though the plastic handles had broken off, and realized that a pair of Henckels Kitchen Shears left on the road had blown out my tire. Not only that, but even after cutting straight through the tread of a steel belted radial, they were still wicked sharp. Of course, I immediately ran out and bought a pair and threw out my old, dull kitchen scissors. I have had these now for a month or so and have used them extensively in my kitchen, where they have proven tremendously effective and durable. You will never see me leaving scissors on he road! 2024 update: still sharp!

Bästa saxen jag ägt samt att den är ergonomisk för både vänster- och högerhänta. Korköppningsfunktionen är även bra att ha. Samma om inte till och med bättre kvalitet som fiskars saxar.

Matching expectations - good quality - efficient

Ottima forbice da cucina. Prodotto robusto e ben fatto, presa ergonomica. Taglia molto bene carta, plastica, cartone, tetrapack, spago, ecc. Il prezzo non è economico, ma a mio avviso per un prodotto che non può mancare in cucina e che deve durare nel tempo, sono soldi investiti bene! La grandezza di 23 cm è quella giusta (né troppo grande né troppo piccola). Oggetto ricevuto nei tempi, spedizione rapida Amazon sempre una certezza!
