Works good!
These work same as the ones from Home Depot. Haven’t had a problem. Only thing is the black part that cushions it falls out when sideways but it’s not a big deal. Helps me feel safe when I crack my window open!

Great Product
This is a great product! You get a lot for your money and they are well made. I gave it only 4 Stars, because the padding that comes with the window locks, that's supposed to go in the window lock when you use it, falls off, making it very difficult to use. However, that wasn't a deal breaker for me and, again, you are getting a lot for your money! I was able to successfully use these on all my windows and now I feel much safer. I would buy these again and I recommend them to others.

Easy to Install
These were really easy to install and have given me a lot of peace of mind. The hold string enough that I'm not worried.

Terrible window locks
I bought these to use to keep my windows from opening further with the AC units installed. These are terrible. First, the pad that comes with them that's supposed to prevent the vinyl from being scratched are useless. They simply fall out. Nothing is holding them in place. Secondly, the moment they're tightened, they slip right off. I can't even imagine trying to use these things for security purposes. Returning them for a refund.

Have some double stick tape
Mine came with little rubber pads But they were not attached. Lucky I had some double stick tape As the pads are almost impossible to hold in place while installing without. It’s little things like this that make a product just ok, Instead of great.

Great for vertical windows!
I didn't even know there was such a thing! What a great idea, looks so much better than a pipe or a curtain rod! They are fairly snug on my windows ( I got the small ones), but I do feel like they are pretty secure. So far the dog has left them alone.
