Air Max Nasal Dilators Trial Pack Small & Medium, 76% More Airflow

I have tried literally every apnea product there is. The small nose and full-face masks with the apnea machine. Threw them off in my sleep. Got a jaw device and it misaligned my teeth. CAUSED MY TMJ to hurt. Got rid of that FAST. I have never felt refreshed from any of these products. But i still worry about getting enuf air. I combine one of these with the silicone tape to keep my mouth shut (no snoring). I never feel refreshed, but I am getting air. I wonder why the apnea supply stores don’t sell this tape - instead, they sell you huge, bulky headbands to try to hold your mouth shut. Never worked for me.

Worked fairly well, noticeably less resistance when breathing, however I have a mild deviated septum and if your sinuses are stuffy or blocked on one side or the other, this won’t change that. First day I kept adjusting it and my septum was slightly tender. Next day I was fine. It is visible and not something I would wear during the day. I have tried it while I slept, but I am a stomach/side sleeper and it typically falls out by morning. Overall, it’s a low cost option worth trying.

I didn't love these. They hurt and fell out and were uncomfortable. Maybe that's more reason to keep using them, but my nose hurt sooo bad the next days after using them for a week.

WAY better than the adhesive strips. Just slides right in without fighting with positioning, and wasnt very noticeable to me once in place. Did make the tip of my nose a little sore but the insane amounts of air im getting makes up for it entirely. Only drawback is that i cant wear it to work but I dont want to take it out 😔

My wife used this product for 2 nights in a row now and it's work! She have different issues of sleeping for many years. She's a mouth breather and her nose not working the way it use to be bcuz of sinuses. Waking up every morning with exhaustion and sometimes her one nostril was blocked and sometimes both. She tried many things such as applying tape on her lips, wrapped her chin just to close the mouth at night, using mouth guard and etc nothing help. She tried the sleeping test at the clinic to see if she has sleep apnea but she wasn't. I did not hear her snoring too. She always complains about waking up many times at night gasping air, her mouth and throat were too dry and in the morning very exhausted and sleepy feeling like not enough sleep. This product seems work for her. First night She use the small size and it work then the 2nd night the medium size also it's work bcuz it's flexible. What She did before inserting the device she use the saline neilmed to rinse her nose then rinse the device with water and slowly inserting in her nose. Next she applied tape on her lips and sometimes chin wrapped. She sleep good at night woke up just fine. No more blockage of her nostril. Hopefully this will last. It might not working for you but for her it's work!

Almost 1 star. The packaging and effort was there, the performance is mediocre, and the quality is terrible. I used this three times before it simply broke apart. I know these aren't made to last forever, but I wasn't even able to get a week's useage out of it. I only wore it while sleeping. The small one it comes with is child-size, so I could only use the bigger one. Not worth the limited useage in my opinion. It was a waste of time and money. I guess it was worth me finding out these don't work for me. I can save you the hard way - just don't buy these, move on to some other alternative. Bottom line is - they had a nice try, but need to seriously upgrade the durability.

Okay so first, I am a small person and I think I have a narrow passageway which is why I have trouble breathing. With that, what ended up working for me was using the larger one and only putting it far enough in my nose to spread my nostrils. The pictures seemed misleading to me because at first I was trying to put this all the way up my nose until it wouldn’t go further per directions and that was very uncomfortable. So the way I do it for it to actually work, a lot of it hangs out of my nose and it looks weird. Good thing I only wear it to bed. It does fall out sometimes but it’s honestly worth it for the price because it works to get me enough air to keep me from breathing through my mouth! Bottom line, it works but may need to really do some trial and error.

Ive tried other variations of these kinds of things, the ones that are in the shape of a cone, they hurt my nose so bad. Surprisingly, the small fit my nose best. Took it out halfway through the night because I work up with a sore throat from all the air I was inhaling? I always have a small fan directed at my face when I sleep to help me breathe better so maybe that also contributed. Unsure if it helped snoring since I sleep alone. But I’ll def keep using. Good purchase imo

Ich verwende den Nasenspreizer ausschließlich nachts und bin mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Er hilft mir spürbar dabei, besser durch die Nase zu atmen und sorgt für einen deutlich freieren Luftstrom als ohne Hilfsmittel. Im Vergleich zu Nasenpflastern oder anderen Lösungen empfinde ich ihn als eine sehr gute Alternative. Besonders positiv finde ich, dass mich der Nasenspreizer während des Schlafens kaum beeinträchtigt. Nach kurzer Zeit habe ich ihn nachts praktisch nicht mehr wahrgenommen. Zu Beginn hatte ich leichte Hautirritationen am Nasensteg. Diese haben sich jedoch nach einer gewissen Eingewöhnungszeit und gelegentlichen kurzen Tragepausen vollständig gelegt. Seitdem kann ich ihn problemlos verwenden. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden. Für mich hat sich der Nasenspreizer als einfache und wirksame Unterstützung für eine bessere Nasenatmung in der Nacht erwiesen.

Je peux désormais dormir la bouche fermée pour protéger mes dents de la sécheresse buccale et des problématiques liés à cet inconvénient. On ne sent pas ces écarteurs, une fois bien placés, donc on les oublie vite. J'ai un nez très étroit et des narines ultra fines, donc le small me convient parfaitement. J'étais septique mais l'air passe vraiment bien alors que mes narines se bouchaient tout le temps la nuit. Je recommande sérieusement !

Decidí probar este dilatador nasal porque buscaba mejorar mi descanso y reducir los ronquidos, y la verdad es que ha sido un acierto. Desde la primera noche noté que respiraba mucho mejor, sobre todo si sueles tener la nariz algo congestionada. Es cómodo, no molesta al dormir y se adapta bien sin caerse durante la noche. Algo que me sorprendió es lo sencillo que es, pero lo mucho que puede influir en la calidad del sueño. No es un producto milagro, pero sí una ayuda real si te cuesta respirar bien por la noche o si quieres descansar más profundamente. En mi caso, me levanto con sensación de haber dormido mejor y eso ya marca la diferencia. Lo recomiendo especialmente si buscas soluciones prácticas y sin complicaciones para mejorar tu descanso.
