Learning Without Tears Review: Made the switch and couldn't be happier - I have been very pleased at how much improvement I have noticed in my daughter handwriting over the past few months. The book has great cues on how to write letters and number. I bought the teachers guide and I honestly never use it. I feel like the cues in this book are enough, the teachers guide (for homeschoolers) isn't necessary. I can see it being helpful for classroom teaching. I love how it also goes over writing sentences, punctuation, poems, paragraphs, etc. Very happy with switching over to this program. Review: Highly recommend for homeschooling families - I got the Learning Without Tears - Letters and Numbers workbook for my homeschooled 6-year-old, and it’s been a hit! My kid knows most letters but needed help with proper formation and numbers. This book makes it super simple with big, traceable letters and numbers, plus clear arrows showing how to write them. The pages are fun with little pictures to color, which keeps my kiddo engaged. We do a page or two a day, and I’ve already seen improvement. For ~$15, it’s a great tool for kindergarten/gr 1 handwriting. Totally recommend for homeschooling parents!

Improved her handwriting so much!
Loved using this for Pre K! I didn’t get the teacher guide but it was still easy to use and show how to write the letters. Handwriting is definitely my child’s least favorite subject, but she’s been able to use these pages easily. Her handwriting has greatly improved from where it was! There’s a lot of room for practice, tracing and then writing on their own. Definitely recommend for anyone trying to teach handwriting!

Incredibly helpful for my dyslexic daughter — truly worth every penny
My daughter is dyslexic, and we’ve been working really hard at home to support her however we can. This workbook has been amazing. I love that it focuses on directional writing—where to start, how to form the letters, and how to move across the page. It breaks everything down in a way that finally clicks for her. It’s so useful that I actually made several copies of the pages so we can practice them over and over again (otherwise I’d end up buying a thousand of these!). The structure, simplicity, and guidance in this book have made a huge difference in her confidence and her handwriting. Highly, highly recommend for any child who needs extra support—especially those with dyslexia or directional challenges. This book is a game changer.
