Very poor. The wood is far too lightweight and the string is completely wrong, so it's impossible to spin hard enough to produce a decent sound. The slightest bit of wind is enough to send the whole thing spinning out of control, twisting and knotting the string and completely robbing you of any control over how fast and in which direction the bullroarer spins.

As received I feel that it's over priced, and not up to the qualiy that I expected. Overall finish is fair at best. The hole for the cordage was too way small, completely off centre, and totally unfinished, rough edged and splintered, the cord was also very thin. As for the artwork...... However, after a few minutes, work I had enlarged and centred the hole and replaced the supplied cord with a leather one. Now it works as it should.

This charming bullroarer was the only one I could find. It is a bit expensive, but two things go its favour. One, the bullroarer is ornate and beautifully painted. Second, the bullroarer gives a brilliant clear sound reflecting its design. Be aware this may not be suitable for younger scouts and a safety briefing should be given before using this instrument.

Only good for decoration. Too lightweight and flat to use as a bull roarer. Also rather dangerous as it flies uncontrollably forwards and backwards when in use.

It works- just, very thin and flimsy not worth 18 quid. Try something else either cheaper or better value

Bonjour, ce Rhombe est très joli en décoration. Vu sa faible épaisseur de 3mm, il ne chante pas très fort. Pour qu'un Bullroarer ronronne fort, il faut qu'il ait une épaisseur d'au moins 1cm. L'épaisseur apporte du poids, et en tournant le poids claque l'air fortement; le chant est alors amplifié. Cela dit, il reste véritablement sublime en décoration Australienne. Bonne journée à tous. Bora bora, ook wel bullroarer genoemd.is veel te licht en te dun gemaakt. Ik heb m rechtsreeks in de vuilnisbak gegooid. Ik doe me niet de moeite om het terug te sturen.

I needed a bullroarer for a stage production. Sometimes it worked and produced sound but it was not reliable.

Zu leicht, zu lang, zu breit, zu dünn. Der Sound ist leise und schleppend. Aufgrund der o. genannten Eigenschaften kommt das Holz nicht auf Touren. Das Teil ist nicht annähernd sein ageld wert.
