This flour is soft and easy to use and measure. No lumps. Light taste. Made cat treats and they were so easy to make and the flavor of the broth and meat were easily detected. Will use for other things. Plus, this package of 3 was a great buy here!!

This is great flour. My wife uses it to dust the base of her home-made sourdough bread just before it goes in the homemade pizza oven to bake. It works great to prevent the dough sticking whilst baking. We have been buying this flour for several years now and it's the best value available. Just buy it. You won't go wrong.

Best rice flour on the market. Gluten free, great to use for baking. Don't buy those over priced pancake mixes or baked goods. You can easily substitute regular flour with this rice flour product. Extremely easy to use and texture is great.
