Great !! I bought this because my other case broke , it was cheap but flimsy , this case is a pretty good price for what it offers , I am currently planning to move and fly out and I wanted something to hold my games safely and also get something that would look and feel nice !! Kickstand is perfectly functional and the grips add a softer surface to stand on . It was a little tricky to put my switch in since i didnt want to immediately break it but you just have to carefully slip in the tablet then slide the controllers in after, The grips for controllers are nice especially for larger hands, the game storage is nice as well even if I couldn't fit everything , I was also surprised to find out I could store 2 of my SD cards in there as well ! It's an automatic plus from there , I can still fit it in my Nintendo Switch carrier if I squeeze it I a bit , it's nice and compact and great if you're on the go :)

As said in the title, my first impression is "great case". The portion that wraps around the joy cons is super comfortable for me to hold the switch as a portable device now, and I love the game storage slots. I don't have a lot of games (physical or digital) yet, so I'm not completely sold on being able to store two microSD cards. If you have smaller cards I can absolutely see the benefit, but if you have larger cards you may not use these. I'm not sure about others having complained about power or volume; maybe there was a defect that's been corrected? Regardless, that was one of my first tests and I feel like the volume and power line up perfectly; when I push any of the 3 buttons, I get the exact result expected. I found putting the case on to be a small challenge, when the joycons were attached. My recommendation: take the joycons off the Switch to put the case on. Line everything up on bottom, "snap" the top on (it doesn't snap so much as fit snug), then insert the joycons. You'll have to be extra sure to slide the joycons down all the way, as my case is tight enough I don't easily hear the audible click when I put the joycons on now, but that's OK for me. I can still remove the joycons, although it's a bit more work because the case is snug, and I can put them back. The other complaint I recall reading is about the bottom of the case. I wish this were a bit more sturdy than it is, but I don't see a major flaw either. The minor flaw is that it's just a bit too big (wide) or may soft, as it doesn't stay snug against the bottom of my switch. Having said that, it's not causing issues either. I can still dock the switch without issue, and it's not so loose that it will somehow affect using the kickstand. Speaking of the kickstand, as the product description indicates, it remains 100% accessible. If you have trouble with this or button placement, double-check that your switch is properly aligned in the case first. As the product manual indicates, the game/sd card storage is NOT REMOVABLE. I can't see why you'd want to remove this anyway, the whole point is to conveniently carry up to four additional games as you travel, or have your four most played games right there - plus the one in the console. Overall, this case is fantastic. I looked at cases that were less expensive (they seem to range from around $10 to $25); while this is on the higher end cost-wise, it's well worth the $20ish I spent.

I also have the Nintendo Switch Pad Pro, which feels Ok to use but is huge, has no internal electronics (no rumble, accelerometer, gyroscope, or NFC sensor for amiibo), and could damage the switch/joy-con mechanical interface if dropped. I ultimately chose this product because it is significantly more compact, includes game storage, keeps the joy-cons (with all their functionality), allows use of the Switch's stand, and does fit into the dock without having to remove it. To dock easily, just slide parallel and straight down (if not exactly straight, just a slight wiggle should seat it into the bottom). The game storage needs to be opened >90deg when docking. Some reviewers stated that it is difficult to remove the games. That is true if you try to slide them out. I found they are fairly easy to remove if you just pry from the bottom of the game cartridge (closest to the hinge) using your fingernail as they are held in with rubber on the edges. The case has a nice solid high quality feel to it and I believe it would help protect the Switch/Joy-Cons assembly/connections if dropped (compared to the Switch Pad Pro). Important to note to follow the installation instructions and put the bottom the Switch in first, then carefully press the top into place. To remove, press the top out 1st, then pull off of the bottom. Otherwise the bottom thin plastic piece can break in two if you're not careful. Once in place, there's really no reason to remove it unless you want to place the Switch in a standard case for travel. Every Nintendo gamer should have this holder. It is a must! I saw it for the first time travelling from Philipeen airport to Japan and immediatly ordered it! Very happy I did!

Ich war auf der Suche auf eine Hülle die sowohl gut in der Hand liegt als auch die Funktionalität der Konsole nicht einschränkt und wurde hier fündig. Die Hülle ist sehr hochwertig und stabil schützt die Konsole ausreichend gegen Stürze und liegt unfassbar gut in der Hand. Auch die kleine Klappe auf der Rückseite für Spiele ist sehr gut gemacht. Es gibt fast keine negativen Punkte. Das einzige ist das durch die Möglichkeit die Joycons rauszunehmen der Schutz etwas oben nachlässt was für mich aber kein Problem ist. Wer also eine Hülle mit wenig Einschränkungen, guter Handhabung und sogar noch Platz für ein paar Spiele sucht ist hier genau richtig.

It’s a wonderful cover. Especially that I don’t have to take it off to dock the switch. Even the botten bracket is very small near the usb-c port but it is made from a different material than the rest of the cover which makes is a bit sturdier. So it won’t break, (my former cover from spigen did broke at this point because it was made from hard material) but the quality is better than some expensive brands. Also the handles for my big hands are really great. And the power annd volume buttons react great in it. Although it also has one little flaw in my opinion, that’s is to get the games out of the holder you need some help from a pen or a spoon or something. There is just not enough room to get your bare finger in to pull it out. But overall it gets a well deserved 4 out of 5. Great build

Convenient, but the plastic on the bottom is too flimsy, and, although it is more comfortable than the original switch, it could have a longer extension on the side. Also, it is too expensive for what you are getting
