I love these! I wear them every morning while I’m getting ready as well as when I’m working out and I can feel the little extra burn in my arms. These are for the price they’re very sturdy and comfortable. The Velcro is easy to come on and off when needed, but stays on while you’re working out. I highly recommend these especially the color is so pretty! It makes working out a little bit more fun

I use these to continue my PT at home after a knee injury. They are easy to apply. The work well and do not take up a lot a room in storage. I also like the sand (?) filing. I is flexible so it bends around my ankle well. The only caution I offer is that these fit a larger ankle. I am a 6'1" athletic woman. If I were shorter, they might not work. Kook for the size, before you purchase.

These are exactly what I was looking for! Easy to put on and comfortable.. just be sure to turn it so the velcro end is away from you or you might get scratched. I'm a 5'10" woman with 8" ankles and 6 1/2 inch wrists... Any smaller and you might have difficulty tightening these enough. I've only had these for a couple months and only wear for a few minutes a couple times a week during specific exercises.. so far holding up good, no leaks or rips. I am careful with undoing the velcro strap as I figure that's what causes the most pull/tension that could lead to rips and leaks. Over all a good product and yes I would buy again!

These weights fit perfectly and comfortably in my hands. The ankle weights are not bulky at all. I wear them often an even forget I have them on. They are made extremely well. The stitching is wonderful and there hasn't been any leakage at all. These are at a great price point that fit well in my budget.

I have a small frame. My wrists are 5 1/2 inches, my ankles are 8 inches and I was surprised how well they worked for me. Don’t worry, there’s plenty of expansion for the larger person because my husband is large boned and he can use them even though he’s not very fond of the purple which I love, These weights are only 3 inches wide, soft material so they’re very comfortable against my skin. They’re not bulky and I can tighten to easily fit. If you fasten the weights at the top of your ankle (as shown in the pic) you get an even distribution of weight in your workout. Love these! Great price and quick shipment too.

I wanted to use them for leg exercises after my knee replacement surgery but couldn't because the strap is too short for my ankle. In theory they are ok for wrists. Caution! Do not let them sit on wood. The neoprene sticks to the wood leaving permanent residue. Simple solution? Let them rest on cloth like a hand towel or doubled paper towel. Very high quality.

I most likely ordered this set in a weight too heavy for my ankles because they really don’t fit, they’re way too heavy, and they slip and move around as I’m exercising. I wish there was a way to remove part of the weights to make them lighter. I suggest ordering a weight lighter than what you think you will need. Other than my ordering mistake, I think they are well-made and a pretty nice product.

These one pound weights are great for seniors to start building leg strength. The Velcro holds really good and material is soft. The straps are adjustable and fit well.
