I have 4 of these two white two black, Its much easier to just hit the finger print reader and get into your house, but this also provides the key pad backup, and worst case the key. The finger print reader does not like it if your finger is wet, or you just washed your hands but for the most part it works. For the price i would say the product works well and is as described. Because of this I gave it 5 stars.

It’s a good-looking, solid-feeling entry handle and lock. The downsides are that the number pad can be slow to register a touch; the fingerprint feature can be a little finicky (no worse than for a cell phone or iPad, though); and, there seems to be no way to lock it from inside or out without using the app (we eventually got around that by setting it to automatically lock after one minute and leaving the door slightly ajar when just stepping outside for a minute).

The installation of the locks was super easy!! Setting up with the app was simple also! Can’t wait to see how these continue to work and add more in the future!

This lock was easy to install, and the features are basic but just enough to work for what we needed it for. It's been a couple of months and we decided to change the batteries so we wouldn't be locked out, and with three sets of new batteries - No power at all, even tried the button to reset, nothing. Tried to plug the usbc in the front, nothing, no power. Do not get this lock - not worth cheaping out on an important item.

The fingerprint reader is easy to set up but I have tried multiple times (after resetting) and it has only worked once and then doesn't. The wireless cards and number codes were easy to set up and work well. It took me several tries before I could get app to recognize the gateway. Still haven't gotten it synced with Alexa or Google Home. This replaces a Sifely wifi lock which worked great and was easy to set up, but because it was all black, it basically fried in the sun.

Very easy to install, working perfect, I love the with color.

Had good experience for the first few months. Then it suddenly stopped working. It cant connect to a power source the problem is not solvable by just a "reset". Also, tried to contact the company with no repsonse. Avoid any product from this company!
