Even the very first mode provides a good massage depth. There s no burnt smell even after a long time during use. It does not get stuck under load. The design is genuinely well thought out to reach any part of your body including a back, and the four different attachments are practical and comfortable to use. The battery doesn’t quite last two hours under low load - closer to about one hour, but that’s still significantly better than most cheap models.

Having broken 3 Lidl guns I decided to invest in a Theragun. You immediately notice that it is a quality product, it is much quieter in operation and the handle shape offers more flexibility. Too soon to comment on durability, but the action feels much stronger. Would have been nice to have a solid case instead of bag.

Deep tissue massage gun. Works better than any other that I've tried over the years, even the lowest setting gets a very good result. Helps my sciatica, shin splints and lower back issues but I've been using it for all muscle groups very effectively. Not too heavy and a variable grip handle helps reaching the more difficult areas. Wow. I’ve been through 2 different cheapo china ‘vibrator’ guns before using this. As a result, I pretty much gave up on a massage gun. This device is FAR more powerful and the key difference is this actually penetrates deeper, and the motor does not give out when you apply force. Trust me. You will give out before the motor does. I got this at £200 which is practically the same cost as the 2 ‘Renpho’ cheaper guns I bought off here. An old lesson that remains true? Buy cheap, buy twice. It may seem expensive but it’s actually a steal for £200. A few comments on here about 20 minute battery life, maybe that was a bad batch but I can run mine on full power for around an hour which is far longer than needed and a very nice surprise as those reviews almost put me off buying. I’ll update this review if it’s have any issues in time, I’m day 2 right now but this is a solidly built device that feels nothing like my ‘Renpho’ guns. Take that into account and the cheap guns are actually a rip off!

En faisant un faux mouvement, je me suis bloqué sérieusement le dos. Quelques jours plus tard avec un massage par jour, plus rien, tout avait disparu. Incroyablement efficace, fini mes séances de kiné hebdomadaires qui ne me soulagent pas vraiment.

Außerdem hat sie durch die größere Amplitude (wie weit der Kopf hin- und herschwingt) eine viel stärkere durchblutungsfördernde Wirkung. Ich kann sie empfehlen! Entgegen einer anderen Bewertung hier muss ich sagen, dass man die App von Therabody (zu koppeln über Bluetooth) nicht zwingend für die Benutzung der Massagepistole benötigt. In der App werden diverse Routinen gezeigt wie man die Massagepistole anwendet. Sie funktioniert aber auch ohne die App prima! Was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat ist, dass die beigelegte Neopren-Aufbewahrungstasche extrem starke chemische Ausdünstungen hat. In der Wohnung aufbewahren ging die ersten Tage nicht, ich hatte sie zum Auslüften draußen auf der Fensterbank. Ob der Gestank nun verflogen ist muss sich noch zeigen. Therabody will mir deswegen eine Ersatztasche schicken, ich hoffe nur, diese stinkt nicht genauso.

La pistola no es la panacea, ya que dependiendo de la lesión, puede ser necesario complementar con medicación u otras técnicas, pero me ha ayudado muchísimo en casa, complementando la acción del fisioterapeuta. Esta pistola no sustituye a un fisioterapeuta, pero lo complementa enormemente. No tiene malos días, no se cansa ni se lesiona las manos, como puede pasarle a un humano que trabaja manualmente con lesiones. La calidad de esta pistola de masaje es superior. No es la más barata, pero la inversión vale cada euro. He probado varias opciones más económicas y ninguna se compara en términos de eficacia y durabilidad. Además, siempre se puede encontrar con algún descuento, lo que la hace aún más accesible. La compraría una y mil veces y la recomiendo a todo el mundo. No gasten 50, 70 o 100 euros en una de marca blanca; recomiendo invertir un poquito más en esta. La diferencia en calidad y resultados es notable y justifica plenamente el costo adicional.

Da un po' di tempo stavo pensando di comprare una pistola massaggiante per preparare i muscoli prima delle mie uscite in bicicletta e per alleviare i dolori muscolari poi. Dopo un'attenta ricerca online ho deciso di acquistare questo TheraGun Prime. Appena aperta la scatola, si capisce che è un prodotto di qualità. È solido, si tiene bene in mano grazie alla sua forma a triangolo che all'inizio mi lasciava perplesso, ma che poi ho capito essere comoda per raggiungere da solo anche i punti più difficili della schiena. Nella confezione ci sono diverse testine, ognuna per un tipo di massaggio diverso. La prima volta che l'ho usato, sono rimasto sorpreso dalla potenza. Non è un massaggiatore di quelli che fanno il solletico, questo picchia forte e si sente che va in profondità. Dopo una lunga uscita in bicicletta, passarlo sui quadricipiti e sui glutei è un vero sollievo. I muscoli si rilassano quasi subito e la mattina dopo mi sento molto meno "legato". Ma dove fa la differenza è prima dell'allenamento, passarlo sui muscoli prima di uscire è fantastico. Appena si inizia a pedalare si sente che i muscoli sono pronti e si riesce a spingere già da subito. Una cosa che mi è piaciuta è l'applicazione per il cellulare. Si collega con il Bluetooth e ti guida passo passo, facendoti vedere dove passare la pistola e per quanto tempo. Per uno che non è esperto, è una bella comodità per non fare danni. Veniamo ora alle note dolenti. Prima di tutto, il rumore. Non è silenziosissimo, anzi, fa un bel baccano. Scordatevi di usarlo mentre qualcuno in casa dorme o guarda la televisione, perché dà fastidio. Ma il punto che mi ha fatto più pensare è il prezzo. Parliamoci chiaro, non è un giocattolo da pochi euro. Costa un bel po', infatti ho aspettato che fosse in sconto prima di acquistarlo. In conclusione, il TheraGun Prime funziona e fa quello che promette, scioglie i muscoli e allevia i dolori in un modo che un massaggio a mano spesso non riesce a fare. È ben costruito e grazie alla app è molto facile da utilizzare. Lo consiglio? Se avete spesso dolori muscolari e ve lo potete permettere, allora sì, è un investimento per il vostro benessere.
