This is a fantastic quality product. I have two of them and very pleased. The support is also first-rate, I had lost a charging cord and they quickly replaced it free of charge after registration. I had issues with rechargeable trimmers before due to poor battery and motor design. This seems to hold up just fine, motor is strong and quiet and battery holds its charge. Trimmer has a nice premium feel. If I had one minor gripe, it would be the lack of standard USB-C charging port. If you misplace the two-pronged USB-A cord, you are screwed. However, if you are within the warranty period, the company will stand behind its product. Highly recommended!

I’d give it zero stars if I could. For one, it cut me. I was bleeding in a sensitive area. I used shaving gel too, but I still got cut. I decided to try it on my legs instead, but it didn’t make any difference at all. It is incapable of giving you a close shave. I should have kept the packaging so I could return it, but I didn’t. I literally threw this in the trash. I do not recommend this to anyone. It’s a huge waste of money. I’m sticking with my traditional shaver instead.

Gets the job done but it's not very strong and doesn't get very close even with the guard off. Very expensive! Only difference from my cheaper but stronger closer trimmer is this one is much, much quieter.

TLDR: Wouldn't recommend For multiple years I've had a Phillips branded trimmer, but recently it has started to catch on hairs and be uncomfortable to use, I'm assuming from wear and less sharp blades? In any case, Phillips doesn't sell head replacements which is annoying since I love everything else about it, so I felt obligated to buy a new one. I chose OLOV because it does specifically seem to sell head blade replacements in case I need it down the line, but honestly, this one wasn't that good! Hairs get caught also despite being brand new! And the blade guards are not nearly as good as the blade guards on my Phillips trimmer (with how they're shaped, the material, and how they're put onto the trimmer head), so I don't really use them. If the hairs are gonna get caught either way, I'll just stick with my old one.
