I will update more after I have used it for a bit. It helped really well on my shoulders and neck before bed. It eased the pain rather quickly. I like the smell although pungent. I have severe scoliosis, therefore I have serious pain in hip and back. I will report on that later to see how much or if it helps with that.

This stuff is amazing. I started using it back in 2024 when I fell on my knee with all my weight and couldn't walk for 2 months. It helped tremendously with the pain and now to this day two years later I still use it for any other pain I experience.
