It is important to have the correct constant current supply for LEDs, this makes it very quick and easy.

I’ve used this it to get an Led acorn bulb working again after it packed up.

Paid about £8 to replace the driver on a led light fitting rather than £70 for a new light. No brainier. Works a treat.

It does work but the output voltage is double it's stated value. If I had known this earlier I would have just bought 1. I did test both of them and got the same results. These are the ones recommend by the manufacturer for use with the far-red led chip. I have no idea of how they preform over a longer period yet but they do look well made.

Not up to the job unfortunately, used as a replacement driver for our garden led lighting and the led's were dim. When powering down the lights would flicker before going dark. Had to purchase a different type driver to get the lights working correctly

Worked great. I used this to fix the led shadow light in my Hercules sliding miter saw.

This works great with the LED Chip Bulb 300mA 9W 18 LEDs 5730.

I wired this up to a plug on the supply side and 12 of these light strings- https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01GYP7M82/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 in parallel on the output end (after cutting the batteries off). Stuffed the LED strings into different colored Moroccan lanterns (like this one- https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FUAPM9E/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and plugged it in to the stair light power supply on the deck. Automatic, battery-free and awesome lighting setup that's bright enough to see by but not bright enough to annoy the neighbors. Great product for powering LED lighting projects like this.

Easy installation. Works well. No issues.

Seems Altair has a qc problem with it's otherwise great led lamps. I've had a number of failures of their drivers, I've put replacements in other people's units, and I've said in line at Costco with people returning their failed lamps. To Altair's credit, they are pretty good at supplying replacement drivers, but I got tired of replacing under engineered drivers with the same product. These work well; it's too soon to tell if the have better longevity than the oem units, but they for well and replaced the originals easily.
