I feel great!
These Wellgard Ashwagandha gummies are amazing! They taste delicious — like a little treat — and I can genuinely feel calmer and more balanced since taking them. I’ve noticed I sleep better, feel less stressed, and I’m not as reactive to daily pressures. I love that they’re vegan and made with clean ingredients too. Feel like they might be working!
I started taking these 3 weeks ago after lots of research as I was feeling overwhelmed with anxiety due to work, so much so I was very emotional and upset a lot of the time. After 3 weeks, I feel like they might be working, I am not as anxious and also sleeping better on a Sunday before my working week. Feel like I’m much less overwhelmed, although there are still some levels of anxiety there, I’m not as emotional and I feel a sense of calm and my thought are clearer. I have seen no change however in energy levels. Compared to others of the same strength they are good value. I also like the fact they are gummies, the flavour is okay and easy to digest. I will be repurchasing and recommending to others in the future.
