Is it capable of audio ducking? Does it turn down the music when you speak into a microphone?

No, however the knobs are right on the faceplate and clearly marked, so manually ducking is no problem. I will say, though, that these knobs can be touchy! Be careful when adjusting volume of ANY channel live.

Is this only good for 110-voltage?

Yes this comes with a 110 VAC to 15 VDC adapter.

Anyone care to review or comment on the quality of the mic preamps for the two mic inputs here? Notes only say individually switchable phantom power.

Mic inputs are acceptable for paging on a background music system.
