Tasty Electrolytes
I love the taste of the sour blue candy electrolytes, and the energy and clarity I receive from the hydration is incredible. This is a really high quality brand of electrolytes and I would definitely recommend.

Delicious
Wanted to try the other flavors and it tastes excellent. The mix ability is easier if you put them in a bottle and perfect for hydration. And i usually don’t like candy flavor drinks so this is perfect.

Decided to try it because of Tiffany’s viral tik tok videos
I have been following Tiffany on facebook, tik tok and instagram where in all her chicken apple sausage, cottage cheese and mustard videos showcase her promoting all the electrolytes flavors with her always drinking a ice cold glass water or sparkling water and the electrolytes. She would rave about the flavors and the benefits and taste and I finally decided to try it being a recent bariatric surgery patient with issues getting enough water and maintaining energy. I bought the water melon candy electrolytes first and just couldn’t get myself to drink more than a few sips. They tasted straight up salty and just gross. I spent almost $40 on the stick packs and felt so disappointed and like I fell for the gimmick. The more that I think about it I get now why she would mix fruit or flavored sparkling water with the electrolytes when she’d prepare them in her videos. She’s trying to mask their true intolerable flavors of sodium and salty taste. I would invest your money on something else and steer clear. And to be fair I even bought the tangerine flavor thinking maybe it was just that flavor that wasn’t for me but same thing and again another $40 wasted. Don’t fall for the hype. Definitely not worth the price and tastes horrible.

Influenced but in the best way!
I was extremely skeptical at first because I have tried other electrolyte powders in the past, and boy was I pleasantly surprised. I have an electrolyte deficiency and in the past, working out any muscle group would result in chronic muscle cramps for the following two days. Even something as simple as walking on the treadmill. We are talking a charlie horse type of cramp that would not release until I had an influx of electrolytes, namely potassium. Other powders have done nothing to prevent the cramps or assist in the release of them. Well not anymore!!! I have been using this powder for about 2 weeks while incline walking and I have not had a cramp to date. This is now a staple in my daily routine. It mixes well whether I use a shaker bottle, my electric milk frother, or a spoon. And once it is mixed, it stays mixed. I have not had any issues with it settling to the bottom. The only negative comment I have is that it is too sweet for my personal preference. I do not consider this a reason to rate the product less, because it has nothing to do with the sweetener used. It is solely because I love and prefer tart and sour things. To make it work for my preferences, I add lemon juice and it is the PERFECT accompaniment to my workouts. It is even more delicious when you add ice. I cannot wait to try the other flavors!!

my honest review: edited
Edited to say: alright so I've been drinking this for a few weeks now. After writing my initial review, the my adventure to fit team reached out and not only did they offer me a full refund but they offered to send me a different flavor. They sent me the blue raspberry flavor. The flavor is much tastier in my opinion than the sour blue candy however the blue raspberry one is a little more powdery/chalky in taste. To combat it, I actually mix the two flavors together and the consistency is better. So flavor wise, I like it more 100%. As to the claims on the container: hydration, energy and muscle function.. I'm not really sure about all that. I don't really feel anything like that and it actually does still give me headaches sometimes and a tummy ache if I don't eat with it. And I often am pretty thirsty afterwards. But I mean it's to be expected I think. It has lots of vitamins and sodium. So I changed my stars for the mere fact that customer service was really truly amazing and listened to me. That impressed me so much that I was going to give 4 stars. But I didn't because the product still just isn't everything it says it is. Even though I do admit that the blue rasp one is way better and it's fun to have a fun drink when you're on a fitness journey like myself. Just make sure you don't have this on an empty stomach! Still love you Tiffany! Keep doing your thang girl 🩵. I'm a fan of Tiffany. She's great. Love the Tiffany plate too but I'm not a big fan of this product so far. I bought the sour blue candy powder on Wednesday and received it Friday after work. When I came home I was so stoked and immediately mixed a scoop with about 16 oz of water and crushed ice. It was hard to get it to dissolve and it was clumpy. I may try mixing it either with a bit of warm water and then top the rest with cold water and ice after or maybe shake it in a water bottle instead. The flavor is a bit underwhelming. It tastes a little bit like blue raspberry but meh. I mostly taste salt (I know, duh it's electrolytes lol) and vitamins. Today I tried again and mixed it with some sparkling ice and I do not recommend that. Still clumpy (dissolves after like 10 minutes I've noticed though) and the taste is still just blah. I've also noticed it makes me more thirsty after I've drank it and additionally it actually has given me a headache and tummy ache both times. I'm not sure if I'll try it again honestly. But if it gets better I'll update y'all. But for now, kinda bummed I spent $40 on it.

Delicious!
I have been using these electrolytes for months and I tell EVERYONE about them. I started to get serious about my health and fitness about mid Dec 2023, which meant increasing my water intake. My background in Healthcare gave me the knowledge to know that if we drink a gal+ of water only, per day, we will deplete ourselves of important things. And these electrolytes are the perfect addition. I've tried a ton of brands and never found them to be good. Most had that terrible salty taste or seemed too sweet. These are a perfect balance! I use a heaping scoop, throw it in my blendjet with a bit of hot water from our Primo. Give it a quick blend, then add it to my 40oz Stanley with ice and fill it with cold water! I do find it dissolves better that way, otherwise it doesn't mix as well. I've tried grape (my fav), blue raspberry, and currently using the Sour Blue candy. I love them all really. I recently purchased the sticks in Watermelon and was surprised at how good it is. I'm not a fan of Watermelon flavored drinks, but it's really good! I wish so much all the flavors where in the sticks. I have the smaller container on a subscription and get them about every 2 weeks. I've let friends try them too, in hopes to recruit and increase their love of water and these electrolytes! PLEASE make more flavors in the sticks!!! I'm a customer for LIFE regardless!

Sour Blue Candy Electrolyte Powder
I received my Zero Sugar – Sour Blue Candy Electrolytes Powder on Friday, October 31st. I was really excited to try it because I love watching Tiffany Magee on social media and wanted to support her brand. The product arrived sealed in plastic, which was great, but when I opened the container, I noticed that the inner protective seal wasn’t completely attached. I wasn’t too worried since the outer wrap was intact. As someone who drinks electrolytes regularly, I was hoping this would be a cost-efficient and tasty option. You can’t beat her price, serving count, and natural ingredients. Unfortunately, the taste really missed the mark for me. I ordered the Sour Blue Candy flavor, but it didn’t taste like what I expected…It’s hard to even describe, but it just didn’t deliver on the flavor name. When I mixed it in my cup, it started to clump, and even after using an electric mixer, it wouldn’t completely dissolve. Overall, I love the idea behind the brand and appreciate Tiffany’s efforts, but this particular flavor and product just didn’t work for me.

Skip the Tangerine
The Tangerine flavor tastes just like orange Metamucil, and I’m disappointed that I can’t return it. I preferred the Watermelon Candy and Apple Candy flavors. Full disclosure, I didn’t like the Watermelon at first sip, but it grew on me. The Apple flavor is colored with spirulina—I appreciate the natural coloring and the added nutritional benefit, though it does impart a bit of the spirulina favor which is fine for me, but some people might not love. Overall, they help me drink more water because im not very good about drinking plain water. I just wish all the flavors used real fruit rather than “natural flavors” (which is code for artificial flavors), so I will probably keep looking. FlavCity electrolytes has excellent ingredients, but they all taste pretty odd, so the search continues. The electrolyte powders by “Just Ingredients,” “Goodonya,” and “Dr. Berg” are next on my list to try.
