My husband goes through ice when he is home on the weekends, like it's going out of style. Everyone complains because we had to buy extra bags on weekends just so we could get some. But my freezer is too packed now, so I purchased this machine for his use. It's great because when we are outside, he can bring it out on our porch (no more Honey, can you run in and get me another thing of ice?) so when he's doing yard work, I don't get called from whatever I'm doing to run, and he's not running in and out with yard debris on his feet! It makes a good amount of ice and it's not noisy. It does NOT keep the ice frozen....it freezes and drops in the bin. As it melts, it refreezes into cubes. They are hollow, that's why they freeze so quickly, but they do the job they need to do. He loves the machine and was excited to get it as an early birthday gift. (I didn't know he'd been looking at the same one for a few days)

It makes six cubes and every 6 minutes or work Non-Stop and the price is great in comparison to other machines and it makes the best bullet ice it's not too hard not too soft just right I've had mine for 6 months and love it

Used frequently. Once I discovered the process for getting rid of the mold problem, it has worked nicely. Using white vinegar a couple times a month in the cleaning setting and leaving the lid up when not in use, has eliminated the mold. It would have been nice to have some way to filter the the water. I suggest using the vinegar before first use.

We use this all day, everyday!! It makes ice so quickly and is easy to use. Great quality and it is appealing to the eye so I don’t feel so bad leaving it out on the counter.

Great purchase, makes really good ice, but the ice melts in your cup fast but it’s good if you like chewing on ice.

Basket is small doesn't hold as much ice as I expected also you have to remove the ice and basket in order to refill water supply which I thought was weird..also the ice is wet all the time as of the ice maker is barely keeping it cold enough to stay frozen which causes the ice to them melt and refresh together. It does make ice quickly but that's about the only pro I can think of.
